Hostel Giraffe

A wise traveller knows that a hostel is about the experience you have there, so read about a typical traveller's week in Hostel Giraffe.
Monday I arrived in Krakow, my plan is to stay for 3 days and then I will go to the next city. I checked into my hostel and it's great. It's so relaxed, the staff are friendly and helpful and they have a bar!

(Monday) I spent most of the day playing on the free pool and football table. In the evening the bartender let us play around on microphones. We were beatboxing and singing. It was so fun.

(Tuesday) I took a free walking tour around Krakow, and WOW, this is a beautiful city. When we returned to the hostel after a few drinks and we played on Playstation for hours. What a hostel, I booked an extra night...

(Wednesday) Today I caught up with my friends on Facebook and Skype, and then I washed all my clothes. How many hostels have free internet??? The evening was pretty relaxed; I spent most of the day playing on the free pool and football table. Interesting conversations with the staff and other guests. I'm sad I only have 2 nights left. But who cares let's have another drink a Bar.

(Thursday) I went to the Jewish District today, it was great. The city has so much culture to offer. In the evening some of the staff took us around some great bars, it was basically great pub crawl. This is possibly the best hostel in the world. I'm going to stay for the weekend.

(Friday) After spending morning reading a book from the hostel's book swap, we went to Wieliczka Salt Mine - Awasome! then we watched some DVD's in the evening. Later we started to hear music, and we asked where it was from - there is a secret nightclub downstairs. A bunch of the guests went down there and it was great, I don't remember what time I went to bed.

(Saturday) Ooh, hangover! This Polish vodka is strong stuff. Tonight will be my last night, and I don’t feel too good. I watched a few movies on the big screen, and tried to party, but my stomach wouldn't let me. Fortunately the Pharmacy is next door. I better get well as there is a big party in a Hostel bar tonight.

(Sunday) I left the hostel, and I miss it already. It was a great place to make friends and have fun. I will definitely be back one day. I would recommend the place to anyone who wants to party and have a great time.
