Liked: one shower and toilet for 6 people maximum and in the dorm!

Liked: The staff was helpful and obliging. No trouble with the internet which may be a small thing but we stayed in lots of places where we were frustrated with the wifi access they offered.

Disliked: You need to catch a tram to get to the property which was OK except we arrived at 6am and didn't have any local currency handy. The place was a bit tired but otherwise does the job for the price we paid.

Liked: everything was fine. i certainly recommend this hostel to everyone because of a friendly staff, clean rooms and showers, free w-fi, and a low price. in the dorm room we stayed in, there were lots of tables with drawers, chairs, and lockers, all the furniture in good condition. there were also a hot shower and a toilet in the room.

Disliked: there was nothing i disliked.

Disliked: Sheets on the bed were pretty dirty. A bit of a walk from the centre of town

Liked: Upon arrival staff were friendly and gave great advise and helpful hints. Appeared clean and accomodating

Liked: You get privacy with ur own bathroom. Quiet and enough ppl working on the reception most of the time.

Disliked: Breakfast wasrunning out and wasnt vert hygienic. Didnt really know what the auschwitz trip included.

Liked: It felt like a hotel rather than a hostel which is what they promote. The room and ensuite were clean, breakfast was included and they had free internet.

Disliked: The kitchen was a little small when it was really busy at breakfast but that can't be helped.

Liked: The location was good, close to the old town, staff was friendly, and it was great to have an own bathroom.

Disliked: Breakfast was not very nice, kitchen was messy, not much choice products didn't taste well.

Liked: Fantastic hostel, excellent location considering the small cost of staying. Premium also has a very clean kitchen facility complete with all pots, pans, cutlery which was invaluable to us since we had a very low budget and it meant we could buy food from the supermarket more cheaply and cook meals instead. Furthermore this also meant that we met alot more peolple in the kitchen over meals, more so than in other hostels. The majority of hostels I have been to do not have this facility.

Liked: It is nice to have a private room rather than always staying in big dorm rooms, and having one's own shower is definitely a plus. Things were always clean, and although there isnt air conditioning you could usually get a fan for the room.

Disliked: The breakfast is nothing to get excited about, but it did have fresh tomatoes and cucumer slices for a sandwich, if you got up early enough. they also served these discusting hotdogs shrinkwrapped in plastic that others seemed to go for, but I found them quite foul to even consider eating. Also, you are a 20 min walk from the edge of town, but it is a nice enough walk. tram use is easy and definitely do it to get to the hostel rather than trying to walk from he train station--it would take you 40 min easily.
