Disliked: First dorm I was in the door was always left ajar, second dorm the lock didn't even work.

Liked: Exceptionally helpful staff, great location, good WiFi in dorm

Disliked: The mattresses are a bit thin. The bar's terrace is right outside the dorm window and can be noisy.

Liked: The entire staff are extremely efficient and helpful. They create a good environment along with the friendly pub in the cellar. Please give this a special mention.

Liked: the best thing about Zappio is the new bar, its a friendly place to drink and the staff make you feel welcome. also it is central to all the sights of the city.

Liked: Lot of young friendly people. Good staff and service.

Disliked: Small bath and toilet. The Reception is not obvious enough.

Liked: Super friendly staff. The were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Disliked: The construction was very loud and woke us up. The good news is that this is probably temporary. I wasn't a fan of the beds. There is a slight rise in the middle that wasn't too nice on the back. Also, I would have liked nicer showers. The shower head holder seemed to have been broken on 2 of the 3 showers.

Liked: Very good location, right by the famous crane.

Disliked: When I was there they did building-work and for a whole day the hostel smelled REALLY bad. My clothes (that were in my bag) still smelled of those fumes several days later.

Liked: Spacious rooms, clean, excellent location, great kitchen and commong room, helpful (but stressed) staff.

Disliked: They cleaned before actual checkout time, people were nearly up. Plain white rooms (12bd dorm), nothing on walls or anywhere. 1 toilet/bath for the 12bd dorm. Lockers were in entrance, away from the room, very small, no bag would ever fit. They were painting the entrace/restoring early in the morning, very loadly. The curtains could not fill the windows, why there were much sun in it.

Liked: eine gute wahl für ein wochenende in danzig. momentan wird um das hostel gebaut und mit lärmbelästigungen und staubentwicklung ist zu rechnen. die lage ist optimal, wenige schritte von der promenade an der mottlau mit dem krantor entfernt. alles sehenswerte ist gut zu fuß zu erreichen. die privat rooms liegen in den oberen etagen und sind ruhiger als die dorms, die meist von jugendgruppen frequentiert werden.

Disliked: nichts, wenn man sich darüber im klaren ist, dass es sich um ein hostel handelt und kein sternehotel.

Liked: Met a group of erasmus students, had an awesome time on the saturday night!

Disliked: Sunday night was dead.

Liked: Good location, clean, friendly travellers, very few issues.

Disliked: Some staff were brilliant, others not so much. Could use lockers, light was broken in bedroom.

Liked: Friendly staff, big clean rooms, fairly decent tourist information and excellent location.

Disliked: Not enough showers/bathrooms. Sometimes hot water, sometimes cold. Overpriced snacks and drinks available downstairs.

Liked: The staff went over and above to help, were always friendly and professional, and were there 24hrs to help. The location was excellent - we were by the canal, near to the old town, not far to bus & train station, only a short walk into the main street and near to spa facilities - it has it all!.

Disliked: Can't think of anything.
