Liked: This hostel is absolutely fantastic, good value for money, not actually in the old town, but handy enough and a really great place to meet people, the place is clean and tidy, breakfast is good and the staff just couldn't be more helpful. This is definately the place to stay.

Liked: Nice to be near to the centre of Gdansk, next to the tram which is quite accesable to the beach. Perfect place to stay for some days. 24 hours acces is even good!

Liked: very nice hostel. i was very impressed by their laundry service where they do it for you!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again.

Liked: nice, clean and comfortable. just what you would look for in a hostel. something that feels like home. had a good stay. receptionists were friendly and they went out of the way to find out information for us.

Liked: I was the only person staying at this hostel! But still loved my stay. Very helpful friendly staff. Very comfortable and clean, short walk from Old Town.

Liked: This hostel was clean and the staff were friendly. At the time we stayed, it was quite empty making it difficult to meet lots of people. A nice hostel without being anything special.

Liked: Like many other reviews "this cant be it", but follow directions and you arrive at a unique location, basement of old pharmacy but very clean, good size bathrooms and dorm room and filling breakfast. Down the road from a supermarket (good self cook kitchen avail.) and good location to explore the beautiful old town and 'Long Street'. Staff helpful with directions and exploring the city- get a map at PTTK across from Town Hall.

Liked: hostel itself was great - decent sized rooms, clean, nice people, breakfast ok. Location good for fact that took all of 10mins to walk to centre of the old town but area little dodgy - my dorm window was kicked in on first night, was immediatly moved to another room (& no longer on ground floor) However I am a single female travelling alone & i felt ok there once I had been relocated.

Liked: I've stayed in four different hostels in the threecities area, Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia, to and fro from July to November, and the Old Town Hostel is by far the best, as well as cleanest, best equipped and friendliest, so what more can you ask for?

Liked: Friendly staff, despite the appearanc eof the place looking very 'shifty!' it is actually well located in that it is only a short walk to the main part of the Old Town.

Liked: the building on the outside looks a bit run-down and it is a little tucked in the corner, but don't let that fool you. the inside is AMAZING, the breakfast is pretty extensive, you can give a 10 zl deposit to get a lock for a locker so your things are secure, free wi-fi and one computer with skype, they constantly clean the place, free linens and towel, too...hot water, bike rental for 30 zl a day..what more could you want? especially for about $15 a night!
