Liked: this hostel is realy near to center. we had double twin room, so we were just two uof us in that room and it was realy good. we visited gdanks in january, out of tourist season, so there was quite and realy hot in rooms. we were very satisfied.

Disliked: in our room was not any wardrobe or security safe and windows have curtains only, so that light from the street penetrates into the room

Liked: Good atmosphere, owner was very welcoming and joined in the festivities, and the location was fantastic to see the whole of the city.

Liked: Great location, safe, clean, very good choice of breakfast (honey, jam, several spreads, eggs, bread, butter, all as much as you want), tea or coffee all day, staff helpful when confronted with questions, had a twin room on the top floor, very small but sufficient, other people staying there were international tourists, not a party atmosphere and quiet at night in hostel (very little street noise), I stayed there with my daughter for 3 nights and can fully recommend it!

Disliked: Nothing really, if they get the clogging in the upstairs sink repaired, it is perfect.

Liked: Very good location, near the most famous and beutiful Gdansk's street - Dluga St. Hostel is close city centre, bus and train stations. Nice and clean rooms.

Disliked: I stayed in a room fom street side, terrible noise. special very early in the morning

Liked: the location is good.

Disliked: This service and experience is the worst I have ever experienced in any hostel. I had booked (and payed deposit for) a private room with a twin bed. When me and my boyfriend arrived, there was no room available, and the staff who tried to communicate this did not speak English at all and was very unhelpful. He tried to explain that there was something wrong with the water in the room, but it was not true - the room was already filled. We got offered to spend the night in a dormitory instead, but this is not the same thing and thus we wanted to leave, and at least get our deposit back. However, they refused to even pay the deposit back, referring to "you can expect these things when you book a hostel". I tried to call the manager (or someone who could speak English to explain the situation), but he ended up refusing to help us, refusing to pay the deposit back - and simply hang up on me on the phone. I will never, ever stay at this place again, and would never recommend it!

Liked: Leaving it on the last day.

Disliked: Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Always seemed to be too busy to want to attend to you. At breakfast, there were insufficient seating space, insufficient mugs, plates, forks and spoons. Only 2 showers for the entire Hostel living in all dorms. Dorms had a musky smell. If the staff would only learn some manners, otherwise I would strongly advise all to stay FAR AWAY from this hostel!

Liked: The room is clean. the staff is nice. the breakfast time is so good. the location is super good , but it doesn't show it Name outside the hostel. It is next to the Hilton Hotel . It is secure!!;)

Disliked: the common toilet on the 3rd florr is a bit small there is no hot water from the shower on the 3 rd floor

Liked: Staff is nice, present if you need something or absent if all is ok for you. There is always one person in the hostel reception. Location is really nice and just near the Hilton Hotel, so we have the same situation than rich people ;)

Disliked: It is a little bit noisy and the breakfast is not really attractive : tea or coffea, bread, eggs, jam or honey and butter but all is good... just a lack of choice...

Liked: Not much actually, maybe the location.

Disliked: The staff, thay didn't want to help us. When we went down for the breakfast the staff ignored us and just kept on speaking polish.

Liked: I would advise against booking into this hostel unless it is a last resort. When we arrived, we were told our private room was "broken" and we were moved to a dorm room. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful, and at times very rude. The hostel says it provides breakfast, but we didnt ever see any. Also, in our guide book it said that bikes and kayaks are available to hire. This service was also unavailable. To be fair, the place was clean and reasonably comfortable and an easy distance from the train station and town.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
