Onemackinson Place Dormtel

One Mackinson Place is a dormitory hostel which offers very competitive and affordable dormitory for wor­­king individuals and students, bed space transient, and arranged Group Tour Accommodations.

A seven-storey fully furnished commercial building with a 403 square meters lot area and 2700 square meters floor area. Building facilities includes reception area for guests, parking spaces, common area for dining, studying, and TV viewing, CCTV Systems, and more.

Accommodation Information

Transient Room Sharing:
P250 per person per day for a fan room and P350 per person per day for an air-conditioned room.

For non-sharing room add P100/day. Our rooms are big ideal for group accommodation.

Rental inclusive of bed, mattress, pillow, blanket, water, and electricity.

A minimum deposit of P500 if staying less than 1 week and P1000 if more than a week is required. Refundable upon check-out.

P2400/Pax/Mo. (Fan Room) P3400/Pax/Mo. (Air-Con Room)
Rental inclusive of light, toilet and bath. Only bed and mattress is provided. One month security deposit and one month advance is required.

Less than a month’s stay is charged as transient.
