Liked: Superfriendly helpfull staff that speak very good english. Good location in the center of tourist resort. Nice atmosphere.

Disliked: My girlfriend did not like cold water in the shower.

Liked: I really enjoyed the staff here. They were friendly and helped me with any issues that happened and they even let me tag along to see some sights with them. I love how close it is to the water as well, great view from the double room!!

Disliked: No aircon but that is what we paid for, can't really complain.

Liked: Quick wi-fi, good common areas to meet other travellers. A kitchen area, which 1 night was used to cook for everyone. Friendly service and free water.

Disliked: Hot shower would have been nice.

Liked: this hostel ís excellent! the staff are incredibly friendly, will help you a\out with everything and even go out drinking with you in the evenings, they really welcome you into the hostel as if it''s your home. the hostel is great, well located, great singles/double rooms and dorms, all amazing value compared to anywhere else in the Philippines and even in Moalboal and there is a brilliant common area and wooden/bamboo terrace where you can''t help but meet everyone else staying there. the hosts also put on amazing and really good value barbeques for you in the evening - thoroughly recommend thís hostel!

Disliked: n/a - everything perfect, would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Had a great time staying here and can recommended it to any traveler who is heading to MoalBoal! Not only is the place great, safe and clean, the staff and locals will all make sure you have a great stay! Thanks again Maryann & everyone else!

Liked: I have nothing bad to say about this hostel. Staff were very friendly, location was great and price was excellent. Staff were nice enough to even cook us a BBQ during our stay and the food was excellent. Very easy to meet other travelers. Would recommend to any traveler heading to Moalboal.

Liked: It was very close to the ocean for swimming/snorkelling - almost out the front door. The owners Torsten and Mary Ann were very friendly, accomodating and helpful. Lowest price on the beach, especially when you consider the self service kitchen(skip the expensive restaraunt food)!

Disliked: Nothing really - it was an excellent value for the money and close to the water. I enjoyed my stay!

Liked: The hostel is well-located in Moalboal. The owners Torsten and Mary Ann were very welcoming and helpful about what was on offer in Moalboal and in providing suggestions for other places to visit and stay at in the VisayasThe placed has a very easygoing atmosphere, is light and airy and is also very clean and cared for.

Liked: Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The hosts Mary Ann and Torsten give us good advice what to do and where and how to get there :-) (thx again). Very clean and value for money. Moalboal usually has only small resorts and is also not overrun by tourists. Very chilled place with nice bars to hangout.The only problem here was that there is no ATM in town. You should withdraw money in Cebu before traveling to Moalboal.
