Our 36 one bedroom apartment/condo complex is located in the heart of Metro-Manila.

We accommodate unfurnished units with a minimum one year rental contract at very reasonable price.

Our furnished units offer accommodation of casual elegance where you can relax, unwind, and savor an atmosphere designed with your comfort in mind. It welcomes vacationers, honeymooners, and is perfect for the discerning business or pleasure travelers. It comes complete with living / dining room, one bedroom, ref, T.V., aircon, Beds, Linens, Towels, water heater, kitchen and cooking utensils.

Take advantage of our FREE Airport Pick Up for a minimum stay of 3 nights if you pay a reservation fee.
Details below:
- All bookings must be limited to 3 nights only and must be made at least 3 days prior to the date of arrival.

However a guest may book less than 3 nights as long as they are willing to pay the shuttle service of P650 plus commission.

Email address must be sent to us so we can provide them with the Airport Pick up Instructions.

Please Note:
- Update HOTEL POLICY: Please note that guests are required to provide their flight details, estimated time of arrival at least 2 days prior to arrival through bookings agents or at info@adriaticosuites.com and or contacting us through our contact numbers directly.


- Guests staying for a minimum of 3 nights will get Complimentary Airport Pick-up Only and guests staying for a minimum of 15 nights will get Arrival & Departure Shuttle Service. Complimentary Pick Up is only good for 2 pax. There is an additional charge for additional pax.


- If no flight details are provided upon reservation or at least 2 days prior to guest arrival, airport pick up will not be provided and will be forfeited.


- ETA MUST BE PROVIDED especially after office hours as we do not operate 24/7. We need to schedule one personnel to welcome guests after 6 pm and or Sundays.


- We are now accepting 1 and / or 2 nights stay provided it is booked at least 3 nights prior to arrival


- No charge will be made for cancellation of " not less than 3 days " prior to arrival


- The Shuttle service is Php 650.00 / 1 way for 2 pax only, should they avail of this service.


- Allow guests to book 1 or 2 days without the Airport Pick Up charge. Guests must be able to view this important message :



Include IMPORTANT NOTICE: A high rise condominium is currently being constructed near our area. It closed down the main street from Adriatico while construction is going on. Please take the alternative route at Remedios Street. Enter the driveway to 1775 Adriatico Suites (look for the sign on top of driveway) across from the corner of Remedios and Mother Ignacia Streets. It is between Malate Church and Remedios Circle. There is a Cowboy Grill Restaurant / Bar across from the driveway.


- We strictly require a $ 40.00 Reservation Fee at least 3 days prior to arrival via Paypal or Western Union ( Guest may email info@adriaticosuites.com regarding this )


Reason : We strictly comply to this due to guests who do not show up, hence our loss of income. In addition to this, all Shuttle service is provided by another entity whom we have contracted to pick up all our guests. We are compelled to pay the shuttle service company even in cases of no show ergo, the need for a reservation fee is mandatory . Conditions below :

The Reservation Fee is non-refundable
