Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, quaint decor, plenty of facilities, reasonable internet connection, food shops and markets near by. Towels, soap, cable TV included. Reception staffed 24/7.

Disliked: Not too many restaurants or modern facilities in the immediate area - you need to take a taxi to most places. You must pay extra if you want a cooker, though an electric kettle is provided.

Liked: Quiet and friendly. Clean with FREE wifi Internet connection, on the Top Floor.

Disliked: Lighting in the rooms was VERY dim. impossible to read a book or newspaper. NO food available in the hotel, at ALL. Nearest food (Junk food - MacDonalds, KFC, etc..) a fair distance away., I paid my 10% deposit (at the time of booking) by Credit card. Paying the Balance, on arrival, had to be in cash. NO credit card transaction was available. This was VERY inconvenient.

Liked: stay there since 2 years every time. one of the friendliest staff. the cleaning girls are very good and even you leave 100 peso on the bed as a tip, they dont take it, because it can happen that you just lost it. bring some chocolate for the girls, they like it :-)

Liked: ENTIRE staff is friendly and helpful. Although the location isn't in the middle of anything major there are many Jeepneys, tricycles or taxis within a block that will get you nearly anywhere in Metro Manila. Owner will even print out directions for you. Room has free wifi, a refrigerator, kitchen sink and dishes utensils provided. Roomcleaner s even do your dishes!!! If you are lazy to take a jeepney for something to eat there are vendors selling fresh fruits and vegetables, a small store with sundries and cold drinks and several 'open air' restaurants all within a block

Disliked: A bit hard to find if you don't know the area. Some taxi drivers didn't know the place so using other landmarks to locate for them made it easier. Roaches cruising around the kitchen and bathroom but that's life, they're all over the world.

Liked: Budget prices with upmarket accommodation & facilities. Lovely owner who oversees her friendly helpful English speaking staff. Free WIFI to all apartments with in room Safe. Fully serviced daily with clean linens,towels etc. Large bedroom, sitting & eating area in the apartment with T.V. airconditioner & kitchenette. Close to shops, banks taxis et.c Secure building spotlessly clean Absolute value for money.

Disliked: Loved everything about the apartment.

Liked: Friendly staff. Good price.

Disliked: Location is not so safe at night. We were out many times between the hours of 10pm-4am and never had a problem but some locals told us that the area was not so safe.

Liked: Staff are friendly, very helpful and the room that I stayed are is very clean.

Disliked: Location wise, as a foreigner, hard to move around where I have to take cab all the time to the destination where I want to go. And is very expensive.

Liked: Cleanliness, big space, fridge and basic utensils are provided.

Disliked: During my stay, nothing I dislike. Except if you're a first imer going to this hotel, you can hardly find the place coz they don't have billboard "makati apartelle" You should tell the taxi the street and the number of the hotel.

Liked: The staff are all friendly. The facilities are good. The room is nice and even has a sala and your room is separated by a wall and a door. The room has its own ref and a safe box. Television has been upgraded to an LCD screen.

Disliked: It is located in a poor residential area.

Liked: Not sure what THEY said about themselves, but relied on former guests reviews. The neighborhood might seem a bit scary if you are the kind of tourist that prefer to protected yourself from the reality with your credit-card. Both staff and the neighborhood in general are nothing but friendly and helpful. Rooms are of good size, more than acceptable standard and clean. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.

Disliked: No dislikes, but as anywhere else I have stayed in Manila the city is full of sound (not noise, just sounds), so bring earplugs unless you are like me and like it that way.

Liked: It was functional,clean and cheap. Supplied all the basic needs and was secure. Oh and the funniest guard dog ever

Disliked: The local shops are average but its a short trike ride to better ones

Liked: Look out of your window and see the cultural differences in Makati. This is an experience not to be missed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and always greeted you with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Disliked: It was a little bit rough but I have to add always clean.
