The flight from Manila is 70 minutes while the fast ferry from Cebu takes 4 hours. One-way airport transfer by car can be arranged at US$5/vehicle. Dapitan City is very smal town, everyone knows Moninas Pension House location in the city.
Philippine Airlines flies four times a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday) to Dipolog City from Manila. Cebu Pacific flies three times a week ( Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday) to Dipolog from Manila. From Cebu, you may take the fast ferry to Dapitan City.
