Liked: location is really good, 2 minutes walk to the White Beach and DMall, but the property itself is very calm. By the way, there is a very nice japanese restaurant on the way to the beach

Disliked: it was very hard to find it! after half an hour we called the staff from a cafe and asked to pick us up. There is no window neither ventilation in the bathroom, so (sorry) all the smells will be with you during your stay. and what we disliked most of all-was a breakfast in Paraiso restaurant (included). You'll have to choose: fruit (green mango) or egg, jam or butter. No water,no tea,only disgusting instant coffee. So we recommend you not to waste your time and have your breakfast somewhere else (Starbucks is not far away from there)

Liked: Great location near the action at Station 2.

Disliked: The private room was completely overpriced. No hot water, air con didn't work, smelled of that thick beachy mildew smell, flannel sheets (in 90 degree weather!) and no regular service during a 6 night stay. Also, didn't know who the heck was running the operation!

Liked: Big room with bathroom and TV. Close to the beach and the mall. Very friendly always smiling stuff. They try to help you although they don't speak english.

Disliked: It was very hard to get information from the staff because they don't speak english. They don't clean clean the room or wash the towels they offer. They don't even empty the rubbish bins.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and equipped with basic necessities.

Disliked: The road towards the beach was not laid well or lit well.

Liked: They keep things simple, no misunderstandings, and a room with a good bed and a hot shower laundery service availiable, very friendly and helpfull staff. The location was good a little bit a way from the noice from the bars in the night, but still only a few minutes walk distance to the beach.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpfull

Disliked: The rooms downstairs have many mosquitos. The showers are not great. The path to beach gets muddy and flooded when it rains and it is uneven and very dark at night (limited lighting)

Liked: Owner was very accommodating and understanding.

Disliked: No hot water, toilet didn't work, and construction outside meant that the path to the beach and to the hostel was not lit and full of big puddles.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. They picked us up at the airport to escort us to the hostel and navigate all modes of transportation (ferry & tricycle taxi) to get to the island and our hostel. They made sure we were well-cared for throughout our stay.Our location was prime as we were within minutes of the beach, shopping, a supermarket, fruit market, etc. We were so close to the center of island activity, but simultaneously tucked into a quiet neighborhood where we found rest and privacy.

Liked: you could not find anywher nicer to stay!!! EMMA the owner is lovely i was travelling by myself and she made me feel safe comfortable and relaxed instantly.. the property is located a few mins walk to the beach but far enough away from the noisy party atmosphere that happens every nite to allow for a relaxing sleep!! i met some lovely people staying at the property and the staff could not be more helpful... cant wait to go back and take some friends with me dont look any further for clean comfortable budget accommodation.. this place is great in a sensational location..

Liked: Emma was a wonderful hostess and her staff were equally as friendly and helpful and very kind. The hostel was advertised with free airport transfer and we called up to confirm that there will be someone to pick us up. There was confusion about the free transfer and our hostel porter was not able to explain properly so I ended up paying for the transfer. However, when she double checked with me that the free transfer was advertised on the website Emma refunded the cost straightaway and also offered a free upgrade to their air-conditioned rooms as we only had rooms with fans.The location was brilliant. Just a 2 mins away from the White Beach and also 2 mins in the other direction to the D'Mall shopping complex. Everything is conveniently located. Our rooms are more than adequate and certainly for the price we paid it is a bargain.I would recommend Panaroma Resort to all travellers to Boracay.

Liked: the staff were excellent. the location is ideal. could not complain with location - very short walk to the beach and night life, food, transport etc. but still quiet enough to get some rest when you need it!! would go back in a heart beat
