Guests are obliged to keep silence between 10 pm and 6 am. The behavior of guests should not disturb other guests. Ocean Breeze Inn may refuse to provide services to a person who violates the rules.
All rooms are strictly non - smoking areas! Considering the anti-fire-safety it is not allowed to use water heaters, electric iron or similar devices which are not part of room equipment.
Guests are materially responsible for every kind of damage or devastation of objects and technical devices which are part of the room equipment, if the fault is attributable to them.
Please contact us around 1 week before arrival to arrange pick up service in Caticlan or Kalibo or to forward a description to you how to find us!

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be acknowledged by us for any charges to be made.
* Cancellations made up to 14 days in advance of arrival - No charges will be made.
* Cancellations made on or after 14 days in advance of arrival - First night cost payable.
* Cancellations made on or after 7 days prior to arrival date- Full booking cost payable.
* Early departure - Full booking cost payable.
* No Show - Full booking cost payable.

Ocean Breeze Inn offers Guesthouse rooms in their groundfloor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. All room have aircon, TV, radio and hot/water shower. Certain rooms have additional refrigerator, dvd player and balcony or verandah.

The cottages are made of natural materials and offer for the budget minded traveller a queen size bed, tv, radio, shower/CR and a balcony.
