Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful.

Disliked: A bit off the beaten path. Hot water ended before shower was completed 2x, and other times no hot water. Kitchen is poor.

Liked: Coco and his staff are very friendly en helpfull. They do everything to make your stay worhtwile. It is very safe in the hostel and the people in the neighbourhood help you too.

Disliked: In the first place it was the 10 min walk to the centre of the city. Later it was even better that I walk this is the way to know the people in Cusco. See their place in the natural surroundings

Liked: Generally good hostel, 10 mins away from he plaza de armas. Staff very freindley.

Disliked: Oposite a bus terminal so it can be noisey in the evening, But not the hostels fault.

Liked: Staff are friendly.

Disliked: Terrible place. Extremely noisy. All rooms face a tiled communal area where people stay up until all hours screaming, singing and playing bad music. Didn´t sleep a wink. Also, it´s about 20 minute walk to restaurants and main square. Our room was not secure, the windows did not lock and the carpets were filthy.

Liked: The location is good for only 5 minutes from the main square of Puno and all the attractions, the staff is friendly and very attentive, the room cleaning was good hot water works 24 hours and also the wi fi.Cuando information need to visit the lake Yenny helped us and it is best to have the hostel staff to recommend the hostel Puno Pirwa

Liked: The pick up from the bus station was nice.

Disliked: Problems due to to a resent move, no water for hour at a time, breakfast was poor. A few weeks and I imagine that these problems will be sorted.

Disliked: We chose this place because it was the only one with double rooms available, but when we got there there was only a twin room left. Hot water only run in the afternoon and the attention at the desk was not very nice, they called us on the street once we left to tell us we had not paid and we had, they should have checked first...

Disliked: The water for the shower was not ¨hot¨.....it was barely warm. There was also no interent available.

Liked: The hostel is just wonderful, there is nothing more you can expect. Very good location, really nice and clean. the staff is friendly. You have internet free and wi fi , common spaces, breakfast. Totally recommended, keep up the good work!
