Liked: It was cheap and in a good location in relation to the town of Puno. The rooms were a bit on the dirty side. There is a discotech near the hostel that was very loud at night, esp. Friday night.

Liked: More of a hotel than a hostel really, but the staff were friendly. They told us up front that there would be no hot water (or sometimes water at all) due to the festival in town that week.
