Liked: The staff was fantastic - very friendly and helpful. They are eager to make a stay in Puno as easy as possible by helping with arranging tours, bus tickets, etc. Good people.

Liked: The owners treated us like family! We've stayed in a lot of hostels, but this was the first time where we met, ate, and hung out with the owners! They were so nice!!

Liked: Very friendly family run hostel who arrange tours and onward bus journeys at a reasonable rate. I met Gila and Alfredo plus their son Joe who really interact with their guests and make you feel at home.
