Liked: I was going to stay for two days and finally managed to drag myself away after 5...I had a fantastic time and met lots of lovely people The terrace is an ideal place to meet other travellers and with Pariwana's free organised acticities you will make new friends very quickly. The hostel is kept spotless and the food is very good and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful. Best hostel I stayed in so far.

Liked: Big lockers in dorms with plug sockets. Clean bathrooms, individual showers. Great roof terrace and lots of events to meet other travellers. Very good travel agency on site.

Disliked: Dorms are quite small but not too bad. Do not get laundry done at the hostel - mine came back dirty twice.

Liked: Really awesome facilities for a lazzy day in the hostel and a tour company inside teh hostel to help you arrange stuff to do as well. Also breakfast until 1 pm thats amazing for a uninterupted lie in.

Disliked: it is right on a busy road and the noise can carry through the walls and windows and the bike they rent out were all broke so i had to go else where.

Liked: We loved everything about this property. It is the best backpacker hostel that we have stayed in. It is so clean and has excellent meals and friendly staff. It is in a beautiful building and has a phone for cheap international calls and it´s own travel agency. We couldn´t have asked for more at the Pariwana.

Liked: Its an awesome place to chill out and to relax, especially on the rooftop patio but if you want to party you can. I was lucky and got a room down the side of the building so I didn't suffer from any of the traffic noise. The rooms were clean and the staff helped me when I needed it.

Liked: I can't really comment on the atmosphere, I barely spent a night there. It's a secure hostel for sure with an excellent location, but god help you if you get a bed in a noisy front room! My room was at the back, so it was nice and quiet. Staff is really friendly and you can tell that these guys have been in the hostel business for some time. Everything is labeled, and has a procedure. Having brekkie while staring out onto Miraflores is a nice experience but I think you may have a better view from the Flying Dog Hostel. I thoroughly recommend staying at Pariwana. It's a bit of a party hostel, but from my experience it doesn't affect your sleep.

Disliked: Staying here felt a bit industrial. Everything has a process. I'm sure it's best kept this way, but it wasn't as friendly as some other hostels I stayed at. (1900 backpackers was the best regarding this).

Liked: it was good value for money and th beds were really comfortable.

Disliked: there was a weird smell in the room. The breakfast was just bread and jam.

Liked: Absolutely great stay! Loved it! Easily one of the cheapest places in Miraflores (I've stayed here before several times) and the staff is extremely friendly.

Disliked: It's in the main square, so if you're averse to city sounds (personally, I thought it was fine) it could be tough.

Liked: In the centre of Miraflores (only downside to this is beeping taxi drivers), excellent and helpful staff. Great bar/rooftop area - good views from the bar and good happy hour deals. The TV room is cosy and the rooms are spacious with decent sized lockers (each locker with its own power point inside). They have different activities on every day - so you can chill and relax or join in. Also, nice hot showers!

Disliked: The only negative is the sound of traffic outside... but it didn't really bother me that much.

Liked: Free wi-fi, breakfast included, good social atmosphere and activities

Disliked: The rooms were not locked, and the lockers were not as strong as I would have liked, but saying that I didn't have any problems - just make sure you have a good lock.
