Liked: I was pleasantly surprised by this hostel, great value in a great location. Excellent communal areas, comfy couches, large kitchen and rooftop area. I would stay here if I was in Lima again.

Liked: its a very nice place to stay. we booked an twin room because the dopple room was over booked, but they did two beds together that we have one big bed. the staff and everything is very nice.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Nice guy on reception. Airport pick up is very good and secure.

Disliked: Breakfast and the urine that was not cleaned off of the toilet seat when we arrived. Not a nice surprise!

Liked: Kusillu's was BY FAR the best hostel me and my boyfriend have ever stayed in. The staff, including Robert, Roberto, and especially Jaime were incredibly helpful. Jaime was by far one of our favorite things about Peru. He was incredibly helpful, funny, and has an amazing life-story. (They should really make a movie about this guy). The hostel had a great group of people, great accommodations, a fully equipped kitchen, a very nice hang-out area on the balcony, a VERY convenient location, a 24-hour supermarket right across the street (that even takes american dollars), a phenomenal staff, very clean rooms, and heat and air conditioning. And the water can get scorching hot. :) You could take a bus to anywhere in the greater lima area right outside of the hostel. The beach was a fifteen minute walk away. There are plenty of cheap souvenir shops around. And the hostel will lock away your personal belongings if needed at no extra cost. The private rooms are decently sized, and so are the dorms. Also, there is a fun, but expensive club right across the street next to the supermarket. there are cheaper clubs about a fifteen minute walk away.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing. When we had to stay at another hostel as we made our way over to Macchu Picchu, I literally cried because I missed Kusillus and Jaime.

Liked: Rooms were clean and pretty big. Kitchen and breakfast were good. Location is excellent. Right in the main street.

Disliked: No tours were offered at the desk. Staff wasn't that friendly. Exchange rate was poor, bring Dollars.

Liked: We liked leaving this hostal

Disliked: Poor rooms, rooms are located next to the communal space so there's lots of noise in the rooms. Lots of construction work around the building. Breakfast is very poor.

Liked: Good breakfast. James at the front desk was very helpful :) Fantastic location, right on the main road and I always felt safe. Very clean.

Disliked: The construction work going on is really loud and some rooms had dust coming in from the ceiling.

Liked: The location is great, just in the middle of Miraflores in walking distance to all the important places. The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot, although they didn't speak much english. Pick-up from the airport worked fine and the price for it is fair. The room (double ensuite) was clean and ok for the price.

Disliked: There was a lot of noise from the construction work in the upper floor which started at 07 a.m. Hope that will be over soon.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing, with real coffee and fresh bread! Great location, roberto and jaime were very helpful. Clean rooms. Airport pickup was very very smooth and on time.

Liked: Very quiet, great location, excellent staff.

Disliked: It's a little bit quiet, probably aimed at the slightly older traveller.

Liked: A nice kitchen, with microwave and a good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was fully equipped with TV and the best shower in south america.

Disliked: The rooms were a bit hot, although we were provided with a really good fan. It was a bit noisy in the evening.

Liked: Location is excellent - a 24hr supermarket 2 mins walk away and near all the shops, banks and eateries. Rooftop ha s chillout area with comfortable seats, games, etc if you need it as well as good views of the main street. Suprisingly quiet at night despite the location. Breakfast is basic but fine. Had no problems with wifi or free internet. Decent kitchen too.

Disliked: My room was quite large but had no window in it. On one ocassion no one was in reception to let me in so I had to go to a local coffee house to waste some time, and money, before I could go back to my room.
