Liked: Location! Safe, We leave our luggage when we do inka trail. Staff helpful. Room and bathroom are clean and spacious. Breakfast include fresh orange juice~

Disliked: have to pay for the call if you ask them to contact someone's cell.

Liked: Nice, bright, spacious double room with a good sized bathroom and hot, powerful shower. Cable TV in the room, and a small book exchange. The location is great, very near the main square. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stored our bags here whilst we went to Machu Picchu.

Disliked: The breakfast is quite limited and basic. A little bit expensive compared to other places. All rooms are on one floor, the reception area is quite noisy from early in the morning, and all of the noise can be heard in the room.

Liked: The staff at El Triunfo are really helpful, they made great recommendations for restaurants nearby, and helped with arranging transportation and other logistics. The room and facilities in general are very clean and well-kept.

Disliked: Nothing to note.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the shower had hot water 24hours, the room was quiet and had free wi-fi. I've already recommended to my friends and family!

Liked: The staff are really helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help us. The rooms are of a really good standard, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We felt confident in leaving our belongings at the hostel whilst we went on the trek.

Disliked: As in all hostels there is some noise in the night from people ringing the bell to be let in. The breakfast was complimentary but the water for the hot drinks although stored in canteens was not very hot when it came for us to use them.

Liked: the stuff was extremely helpful. the location was very central. The hostel is very clean and the rooms aer cleaned daily. My mom got sick during our journey and the stuff helped us a lot. I recommend this place for peoople that want to have a nice and cozy stay in cusco. Very safe!

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hostel is conveniently located close to the city center.

Disliked: The hostel had absolutely zero atmosphere. No communal area, no cooking facilities. It is rather a hotel than a hostel. It is not a "fun" hostel and it is almost impossble to meet any travellers. Breakfast is a joke. We stayed for two nights and had to leave to another hostel as we did not want to stay in a place without any atmosphere.

Liked: The assistance offered by the staff was terrific.... Nothing was too much trouble for them to do for their guests..... Very friendly people as well......We would recommend the staff as the most efficient and helpful people that we have encountered during our travels throughout Central and South America......

Disliked: Sometimes noisy...early in the morning, when the road works at the front of the property, commenced......

Liked: I loved the location. It was a few paces from plaza del arms. As a single traveler, I always felt very safe. The staff were very helpful especially with odd hours for trekking and recommendations for tour groups.

Disliked: Natalie left no negative feedback.

Liked: The staff are friendly and helpful, and will provide early breakfast if asked. More of a hotel than a hostel atmosphere .But good location and clean. Free internet.

Disliked: Front door shut quite early so latecomers may create noise. Limited communal space and didn't really meet many people.
