Liked: Its more a hotel. So freindly staff, you wont belive it! Its at must place to stay if youre are in Cuzco! Very claen - the rooms get cleaned every day!

Liked: Brilliant central location, balcony overlooking one of main streets, but not too noisy. Kind, attentive and helpful staff. Clean bathroom with wonderful hot 24hr shower.

Liked: I'm not a backpacker, but I LOVED El Triunfo. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff EXTREMELY helpful!!! Good breakfast, massages available upstairs, laundry service, some TV in English, superior location to Plaza de Armas....who could ask for anything more? Had to move hostels (online booking said no availability at El Triunfo) but canceled the 2nd place, losing 1/2 the price of that room, when told we could come back to El Triunfo. It's THAT GREAT!! Don't stay anywhere else in Cusco!!!

Liked: Very friendly, the host insisted on making me breakfast at 5am on an early departure. Some rooms have balconies which is handy for people watching when you are tired
