Great location. Nice and friendly staff. If you happen to get a room at the streetside it is a bit noisy. Later we got a room in the back which was much more quiet.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. We never had a problem getting hot water showers here either. The location of the hostel is great and it is a place you feel very safe and secure.

very friendly, cooperative and flexible, we could store our luggage in the hostel for 1 day more while travelling to Macchu Pichu and they helped us to find a guide for Titikaka lake. Nice atmosphere

One of the best places I've ever stayed. I was amazed!
Nice atmosphere: relaxed, NOT a party hostel.
Great location: less than 5 min walk to Plaza de Armas.
Excellent service: Very friendly staff. They can help arrange tours and are great for conversation. I left a pile of clothes on my bed one morning and when I came back they were neatly folded. They even left a chocolate on my pillow.
Free internet.
Breakfast: Better than most, w/ eggs, toast, tea, coffee and fresh juice. They even made it for me when I was leaving at 5am!
Must pay in cash, USD or Peruvian Soles (no cards accepted). If coming in winter, rent a heater or ask for extra alpaca blankets.

The staff are so friendly and the breakfast in the morning is superb and is included in the room rate. Nice balcony seat to sit in the morning and enjoy the morning sun.

We´ve had a great stay at this hostel!! It feels like home!! Love the breakfast en the people are very very nice! When we came back late from Machu Picchu, our bags were already in the room and there was a chocolate on the pillow! Can recommend this place to everybody!!!!

In a great location as only a very short walk to the plaza de armas (main square), the staff were really friendly and helpful. Cable TV in the room was great and when we got back from machu picchu they had left chocolates on our pillows! very sweet of them! The free breakfast was really nice too, one of the best we've had on our travels! Hot showers available anytime! Would definately recommend this hostel!

This hostel is great! The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. It is very safe and you pay like you would for any other hostel in Cusco, but you get Wifi in your room (with a great connection) and a lot of channels on cable tv from all over the world. For example, I stayed at Piccola Locanda before and yeah it may be cuter but it is in a very uncomfortable location and it does not have the commodities this hostel has! The location is fantastic as well!! Hot water all day! If you're coming to Cusco, stay here, this place is the best..so much so we extended our stay!!!

Made very welcome.....when we returned after Machu Picchu we were greeted like old friends! The rooms were spotless and were cleaned daily....hot showrs too...Only 2 blockes from main plaza !!Would highly reccommend!!
