Liked: Lovely place, run by charming family. Good breakfast every day (even out of hours). Very helpful. Nice and quiet place, good for couples. Safe and secure with free luggage storage

Liked: Outstanding staff - extremely friendly and always willing to help you. Clean and spacious rooms. Lots of hot water with pressure. Only two blocks from main square.

Liked: The family that run the hostel are very friendly, the breakfast was good. We left for two day to visit the Machu-Picchu and when we came back, it was like coming home. I would recommend this hostel to anyone going to Cusco.

Liked: Extremely helpful and friendly staff, helped us confirm flight reservations, find hostals in puno, took care of our stuff while we were at machu picchu, took our dirty laundry and offered to machine wash it for us (add´t charge, but economic and convenient).

Liked: The family who run the place are lovely. If you find it cold you can pay extra for a heater. It´s in a fantastic location.

Liked: the small touches made our stay a memorable one from the chocolate on our pillow to the ever changing breakfast daily

Liked: The staff were so friendly and made us feel part of the family. Also they emailed us before we were due to arrive to check if we needed transport from the airport, this was easily arranged and when we arrived the transport was there waiting with a nice friendly face. The location is also great (right next to the plaza) and as the gates are locked it felt like our possessions were very safe.

Liked: Very welcoming host, who made us feel really welcome. The room was really clean and tiday, with cable TV, private bathroom and lots of hot water. Felt safe and secure, close to centre, but far enough away that the noise is alright. Good place for a couple to stay, not a party hostel.
