Liked: Staff apologized for mistake.

Disliked: Although we had a confirmed booking, the hostal management informed us later via email, that the hostal was full. We never experienced anyhing like that when prebooking via internet. So we want warn all travellers who arrive late about this. Fortunatelly there was still enough time left for searching for another hostal.

Liked: The location of this hostel is excellent and you feel safe walking around at night. The staff at the hotel are really nice and there is a coffee shop where you can buy drinks etc during the day. Hostel is really clean (we had a double room ensuite) and the bed comfortable with nice white towels for the shower (hot). Breakfast is still basic but they serve you juice and the rest to your table (5 am to 10 am) and you can add eggs for 3 soles.

Disliked: When we arrived the drain smelled a bit but this seemed to disappear.

Liked: Wonderful hostel though it is more like a small hotel. All the staff were very friendly and we had no trouble storing our bags for two days that we went to machu picchu. Rooms were spotlessly clean and showers were always hot with great pressure. Option to have eggs freshly cooked for only 3 soles which made breakfast excellent. Would stay again worth paying that bit extra to stay somewhere nice

Liked: Spacious rooms, clean bathroom, fabulous location 5min walk from the centre and next door to the Temple of the Sun (some rooms actually overlook this). Breakfast was the standard bread & fresh juice but you can order eggs for only an extra 3 soles, very tasty! Highly recommended!

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us coca tea on arrival and were welcoming. When we went and did the inca trail they collected our bags from our room, and had them back there on our arrival. same day laundry too. nice and quiet, more like a hotel than hostel.

Liked: A really good hostel in Cusco, great location, nice staff, helpful if you want to leave your bags there while doing the Inca Trail. Would highly recommend it here!!

Liked: A hotel, not a hostel, with very clean and plush rooms with ensuite. The staff were very helpful and polite. A great location in a beautiful old sreet with Inca walls, right next to Santa Domingo.

Liked: The people that work there is very kind...we arrived at Cusco and had Soroche due to the highest..they took care of us...very lovely and friendly people...loved them...I felt very comfortable there... like home.

Liked: Nice staff, and great large rooms. Breakfast was typical but for 2soles they did egss also. Internet was available, but no TV, common room or guest kitchen which made this a hard place to interact or chill out at.

Liked: The location was great, on a quiet side pedestrian walkway 5 minutes walk from everywhere. We liked the open courtyards. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. We would definitely recommend it and go back again ourselves.
