Customer reviewWe really enjoyed this hostel . . . cheap, clean, nice staff, lots of coca tea for altitude sickness and the most amazing views of Cuzco from the patio. We would definately stay here again! |

Customer reviewNot much. The breakfast room, the computer room and the bedrooms are truly freezing cold. The staff couldn't understand their own computer booking system, and we had to change rooms each night when in fact beds were still free. They lost our reservations after returning from a trip, and acted like we had never called to rebook. Some people were sweet, but in the end no one had any idea what they were doing. |

Customer reviewIts location it's excellent to have great views of all the city from its nice terrace. It´s placed in a quiet and cosy part of Cuzco, 10 minutes up-walking from Plaza de las Armas. The only inconvenient: cold, as it is quite exterior. |

Lara RosenwasserIt was above the center, so not as noisy as it would have been if it had been directly in the center - there can be lots of noise in Cusco at night. It was very friendly, both the staff and the people staying there, and we felt very safe there. There´s a buzzer system at the entrance with a videocamera, and locked rooms. The terrace has a great view. |

Customer reviewSamay Wasi 2 (the one further up hill) has better rooms and a better view of the city, but is more cramped as far as common areas go. Samay Wasi 1 has more open space, and a better kitchen but worse service. (They hate opening the door for you). Samay Wasi 2 has an automatic door so you feel less bad going in and out and the service is better. |
