Free collection from the airport, the staff were very friendly, allowed us to leave our bags in storage when we went on the Inca Trail, rooms were clean, breakfast was good etc etc.

The staff is friendly and ready to help out travelers.They are fun and like to keep a festive atmoshpere going.
