Liked: Nice bar area, a bit empty when I was there though, would have been perfect in high season. Hot water was good, Lots of stuff to do if you're bored (pool, ping pong, computers, board games, tv/dvd etc..)

Disliked: Weirdly cold water was lacking in some showers!

Liked: I enjoyed a lot of the people here at the hostel. The staff was very friendly and the people for the most part were interesting and engaging. The location was prime if you wanted to go out to the markets or the Plaza de Armas. There was a lot of things provided by the hostel such as a pool table, bar and restaurant (which I thought was unique and a good idea), ping pong table, tv lounge, ad wifi. We stayed in a private room and it was spacious, well decorated and comfortable.

Disliked: The bed was a little hard, but it was still comfortable. Our room was next to the entrance so every person that drunkenly came back woke us up.

Liked: the staff's hospitality, the location: just in the cusco's heart, the cleanliness, and obviusly the breakfast with an amazing view to the plaza de armas. thanks guys!!

Liked: got picked up from the airport after i called that my frlight was changed.nice location close to main sightseeing places. such a helpful staff - Fernando and Maria took care of many travel issue i had, in cooperation with their colleagues from Pirwa Agua Calleinte.

Disliked: very cold in my room.door couldnt be closed properly.

Liked: This hostel is located on a nice plaza in Cuzco and the hostel itself is very beautiful. The breakfast is good and the facilities (bar, tv room, kitchen, internet) are great to relax and meet other people.

Disliked: This is not the place to go if you are looking for a good nights sleep. We only spent one night and didn't get much sleep because of the noise and music coming from the hostel bar. Glad we didn't stay here the night before our Inca trail hike.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Room was freezing cold, cold showers, smelly room as if it had been painted but walls were dirty so it wasn't paint. Hostel was changed to pirwa b and b at last minute. In order to have the breakfast you had to go to another hostel which is of no use when you have early morning buses/trains. The hostel also booked our bus trip to Puno for us or so they said, they gave us a voucher to present at the bus station but they had forgot the important part of actually booking us on the bus. We were lucky that there were two no shows and we got the last 2 seats on the bus. Do not stay here

Liked: Decent location, wifi and clean

Disliked: Very noisy hostel, not by the guests but by the staff cleaning very early in the morning. I Realise it has an early check out but not everyone stays just one night, the cleaning staff had music blaring at 8.30 and were shouting to each other from all parts of the hostel.

Liked: Nice clean rooms, hot showers and access to internet. Located in cusco city, everything you need is reachable by foot. You feel save there. Storage room for baggage available and personal safes ( you have to bring your own locker). Free airport pick-up, perfectly organized.

Disliked: staff is sometimes not organized. Couldn`t find my receipt for paying, took me a long time waitung there.

Disliked: They got our booking wrong. We booked 2 double rooms and when we arrived we were told the hostel did not have or has ever had 2 double rooms. They had moved our booking to another hostel and put us in the dorm for a poxy $1 discount. We had arrived late in the evening on a bus so had no real choice other than to stay there. We had to debate with the unhelpful staff for 2 hours to sort out where we were staying and the cost of the room. Instead of staying 2 nights we moved hostels the next day.

Liked: Nice location, only 5 minutes from the main square. Not really a place to get a good nights sleep, but it does not advertise itself as such. Lockers in all the rooms and breakfast included. Luggage storage. Staff really helpful.

Disliked: Stayed there 5 days and only managed to get a hot shower once. Perhaps I was timing it wrong. Also was woken up at 5am on my last morning by staff whistling and generally making a racket....I understand guests being sometimes obnoxious but...

Liked: If you are looking for a quite hostel then this will be perfect for you. The staff are friendly here and it is clean but quite. Good location.

Disliked: The cleaners come in and nosily clean the rooms very early 8.30/9ish every morning. On the Friday night there was a 'party' but by 11 in the evening there where three people in the bar. No outside area.

Liked: the hostel has everything a backpacker needs to be happy. especially the bar area, equipped with a pool table, a huge TV and music, surprised me.

Disliked: the staff, even though trying to help, did exactly the opposite. different staff members gave me different (wrong) information, so that i almost missed my bus and several reservations. that shouldn´t happen!
