Location: We are located in a traditional and historical neighborhood of Arequipa as El Barrio De San Lazaro, a tourist place where were founded the city of Arequipa, and we are 5 blocks and 10 minutes walk to the Plaza de armas, away from busy streets

Our rooms: double, twin, triple and 4 beds family rooms are spacious with private bathrooms each have cable TV and comfortable mattresses.
Our 8-bed mixed dorm and a female dorm with 4 beds with new mattresses and have a safe for valuables

We have for you a great breakfast, as is our original and delicious banana pancake with honey and of course with coca tea ,coffee ,milk ,etc ... , Breakfast very different from the others, we're sure you'll enjoy.

Fun: we have a pool table where you could have fun with other travelers, and ordering their drinks in our small bar, have a variety of films where you can choose to see in your own room or in our lounge with other travelers (DVD player available ) free book exchange.

Security: We are in a very safe area near the police car, an area with family houses around, very safe.
