The Santa Marta Hotel is located in the center of Arequipa, four blocks from the main square, Plaza de Armas. The hotel provides its guests with superior, high quality service enhanced by the warm, welcoming hospitality of our staff.

The colonial-era architecture of the hotel is remarkable with vaulted ceilings and walls. Ornamental freezes and cornices decorate the doorways and windows and magically transport our guests back to a more leisurely time. The building is constructed of white volcanic rock, commonly known as sillar.

The dining room extends into the patio and can accommodate up to 40 people for a delicious continental breakfast and on-site dining. For conversation or for a place to meet, a bar and cafeteria are yours to enjoy in the afternoons and evenings.

We have 24 hour hot water with a solar electric system, a hotel safe and offer a laundry service.

The hotel has 17 spacious rooms, each with a private bathroom, including seven single, six double, three triple and one quadruple room.

Each room is equipped with 24-hour-a-day hot running water, cable television and wireless internet service. Highlighting our clean, bright rooms are numerous windows affording our guests a view of our beautiful city and illuminating the interior of the hotel.
