Liked: It's a very stylish building but needs some renowation. I liked the old fashioned furniture and our room was huge. Nice person at the reception and deffinitely value for money
Disliked: no internet and a problem with getting our deposit deducted. it;s not far from the Plaza de Armas but this part of the street gets a bit deserted after dark (17.30)

Liked: First building in Arequipa to use concrete and iron. Not far from centre. Got a good mattress put in my room.
Disliked: No cooking facilities. First offered the low price I booked then shown the better rooms, which were a lot better.
