Liked: Excellent location, good cooking facilities, friendly staff.

Disliked: WiFi unavailable at my room because of the distance (private room), but very good near the office.

Liked: Loved the rooftop terrace n common tv room... and a lovely christmas dinner!

Disliked: The 20 bed dorm with fans was quite hot, n the kitchen only had one burner... not so good with 30 + people

Liked: i slept in a 20 bed room alone. they are really friendly and if you ask they give you good information cause about paragauy you will not find that much

Disliked: they changed the garden and now there is a pool, but before there was standing a big tree which give good shadow.

Liked: The property is cool enough in a country is not accostumed to tourists, there is just few info about everything... so they were friendly enough to tell you where to go to eat, visit, borrow you movies to watch... and is managed by the owners which makes a difference...

Disliked: Too many mosquitoes, probably because the property its near of the river but still required to do something about it.

Liked: The hostel was great, the staff gave us all the information we needed and the were always answering with a smile. Good breakfast and the internet speed connection was fast, free WiFi.

Disliked: Nothing, the hostel was great.

Liked: I am a little bit mixed: the Hostel is very charming and i liked the atmosphere BUT I was stolen 60 euros during my stay and I'm pretty sure it was at the Hostel.

Disliked: the thieves!

Liked: Lilia is extremely helpful and friendly, nice atmosphere, nice cat even!

Disliked: Bit noisy as my room had a wall that only goes halfway up (also let mosquitos in) - it's a listed building so they can't change that, but I think charging the same amount for that room is a bit much...

Liked: Good location, staff was very helpful and friendly, nice atmosphere and probably the best place in Asuncion anyway.

Disliked: 14 plus bedrooms could have been cleaner, full of mosquitos or similar...

Disliked: advertised a free airport shuttle service on hostel bookers but we were told on arrival that this is no longer available. They recommended a private shuttle service that was cheap and driver was very friendly! Walls of private room very thin..could hear the person next door snoring!

Liked: Great location, large and roomy dorms, very helpful and knowledgable staff

Disliked: Kitchen very basic and smelt like cat wee

Liked: very helpful staff, they advice you all the activities you can do during the day and the night. good atmosphere. near many places for going out, the main atractions also near, airport service offered there so good, ......... etc. etc.

Disliked: no towel included.

Liked: Location next to the main sightseeing points. Verz helpfull staff. Good laundry service. Nice place to chill out! Much better than any other Hostel in Asuncion. Believe me! We have experience!

Liked: Just a really decent hostel with a good atmosphere and nice staff. It is well located in the centre of town. We stayed in the 18 bed dorm but you'd hardly notice others in it - heaps of space.

Disliked: Showers a bit grungy, breakfast was pretty basic. Wifi a little dodgy.

Liked: Good brekkie, good central location, great and friendly staff and very clean place. The other resdents seemed really nice too. And it's a nice place to hang out with a good, clean, well-equipped kitchen. Shame we were only there for 1 night!

Disliked: Our double room didn't have a ceiling as it was connected to the main corridor, but luckily it wasn't too noisy.

Liked: Nice and sociable with good common areas. The dorms were also very nice and clean.

Disliked: The only problem I had in the entire stay was when we asked reception to arrange a taxi for us. The driver turned up with another man in the front seat. As most travellers in South America know, that is a no-no but the receptionist in the hostel insisted it was safe. We took the taxi and all was just fine, nonetheless, a hostel owner/receptionist should know not to permit this when booking a taxi for guests.
