Liked: Good location and helpful staff.

Disliked: No lockers, slightly dirty restrooms, high price (but that may be Oslo's fault, not the hostel's).

Liked: It was a great location and easy to get to.

Disliked: I thought it was a bit dirtier and that it could have been better, though it really wasn't that bad

Liked: The hostel is near the central train station. It has a large common room and kitchen. This is a good place if you wanna meet other people.

Disliked: It was just too expensive. We paid 38 EUR per person per night for a bed in dorm., even though we finally were offered a private twin bed room.

Disliked: people smoking in the shower. made whole corridor stink and shower room unusable, despite being 'non-smoking' on the floor

Liked: Excellent location. Price included towel & linen. Showers were good.

Disliked: Most people in the hostel seemed to be staying there while looking for a job, not travelling/sightseeing/etc. Several creepy old men just loitered in the corridors for much of the time. Half of the toilets did not work, and sinks were only available on one floor. The place was generally in poor disrepair and was in dire need of renovation. It smelled weird.

Liked: The hostel is super close to the train station (but not close enough where it's too loud) and near the center of town. But be warned, the center of Oslo doesn't have a lot going for it. Also, the older gentleman behind the front desk was so nice. The hostel was booked solid and he let me sleep on the couch in the common room the second night I was in town. Very, very kind man.

Disliked: There seemed to be an inordinate number of old men there. It was a bit creepy at times. This is no youth hostel. Also, the place lacked atmosphere, but what can you do.

Liked: Clean Shower Room(hot water). Well equipped shared kitchen, Single bed in dorm (not bunk bed)

Disliked: No elevator, Some stuff is out of order like light

Liked: The hostel is very central, near Karl Johansgate, the central station and about a 10 minutes of walk of Aker Brygge. It was the cheapest option to stay in a city like Oslo, so we did not expect some a luxury property and in the end it is a fine place to sleep in, mostly clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You have also a free Internet connection.

Disliked: There are only few bath rooms

Liked: Good showers, cosy vibe, friendly manager. Great location, very central and a quick walk to the central station and downtown Oslo. Free wifi although it didn't work on all floors.

Disliked: The dirtiest hostel I've ever stayed in. Dirt and other debris on the floors everywhere. Found puddles of blood (!) on the floor in the hallway. Lots of hair and mud everywhere in the shower area. Dirt still in the bed/quilts. And the big one that did it for me, bed bugs. I woke up the first morning with about 10 bites all over me, itchy as hell. Never had them in the 20+ hostels I've stayed in around the world. I'm not a big stickler for cleanliness really, but this was just basic hygiene..

Liked: very well located near city center helpfull stuff cheap

Disliked: wasn't very clean one room was more or less in the cellar without any windows entrance of the room via very dirty backyard no water in the kitchen TV didn't work

Liked: A great location, right in the centre of the city. The Internet in the rooms adds +1 point to the hostel :)

Disliked: to tell the truth cannot remember anything bad to note. maybe a little crowdy place, but on the other hand it is a great opportunity to meet new people. and of cource it would be great if the breakfast was served there :)

Liked: nice reception woman very helpfull call irena...very sweet of her...yep that will be the reason i can go there again ..she benn there for me to help all the time..yep many point for her..

Liked: Very friendly staff, wonderful location and good value food. Great bonus that linen is free.

Disliked: Not a huge number of showers. Didn't have a problem getting one though.

Liked: the safety and security. the main door is automated and you have to key in the password given by the staffs. great living room. never see a hostel with two 42 inches lcd in living room :D.good kitchen facilities.

Disliked: only one place to shower (2nd floor)

Liked: The location was great, and it was one of the cheaper options within Oslo. The showers were very good, even though they weren't on every floor.

Disliked: It wasn't the cleanest, felt a bit dank and the atmosphere was lacking. I thought it was a bit strange that the refrigerators were in the rooms rather than in the kitchen.

Liked: Comfy beds, very clean and great location.

Disliked: Although I booked a 6-bed dorm, the entrance to the room was through another 2-bed dorm, so it is something in-between a 6 and 8-bed dorm.
