Liked: Everything was kept clean and the wireless was excellent (although it did not work very well in the rooms).

Disliked: In winter, walking up or down the hill to the hostel is quite interesting with luggage.

Liked: Security, warmth, atmosphere, fast internet when it was working considering number of people trying to use it at the time, placed with other single travellers in my room, the breakfast was lovely, easy to go down down, signs for hostel from bus, tram, metro, close to a supermarket and fastfood place, help on the last day when I was very stressed I was going to miss my flight because of all the snow and delays on transport

Disliked: Up a steep hill, which is difficult with a suitcase in the snow, noisy school children ignoring 11pm silence rule!

Liked: The breakfast was good. The beds were nice and the rooms were clean.

Liked: Safe and clean place, its kinda cheap in the crazy expensive city of Oslo

Disliked: Its the youth hostel for the christian youth ahah, dont go hoping to find a party atmosfere,cold beer or even nightlife nearby

Liked: This place is great. Breakfast is very good, the wifi is fast and free and the rooms are comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful even when I was having trouble with my Credit Card. There are great views back over Oslo too. Bike hire was also tops :D

Disliked: It is a little far from town, but only 15 mins by Tram. Expensive yes, but for Norway prices still good value. Guest Kitchen needs to be better stocked with cooking equipment.

Liked: Good breakfast buffet! Nice common room.

Disliked: The hostel is quite far away from the city center but easy to reach by public transportation. The kitchen is poorly equipped and could be cleaner...

Liked: the staff was really friendly; the breakfast very good; there were washmashines and dryers; everyone got his own locker in the room (!)

Disliked: the hostel is outside the city, though it is not such a big deal to get there by public transport.

Liked: Very family-oriented hostel with not many people my age (21) unfortunately. Our stay here was pleasant with good breakfast and many other services. Good kitchen available.

Disliked: The rooms are quite worn down but no major complaints. As it often happens, the kitchen can get crowded.

Liked: Peaceful place and nice facilities, very good staff, and very enjoyful experience.

Disliked: The only unsatisfied thing is they lost my booking when I arrived, but they gave me a discount then. Very nice!

Liked: A pleasant place to stay - two rooms in a suburban house in Copenhagen. It's not really practical to get into the city centre without using public transport, but the suburban trains are easy to use. Everything is spotlessly clean.

Disliked: The suburb of Vanloese is a very sleepy place to stay. It's tranquil for sleeping, but you will have to take the 15 minute train ride into the city for anything more exciting. There is no breakfast, which makes it rather less welcoming than it should be.

Liked: Place, atmosphere, cleanliness.

Disliked: The location is a bit far from the centre, but as a tram and metro are running till about midnight, it's OK.

Liked: It is modern. There is plenty of space both inside and outside.

Disliked: The travelling directions are not clear. There are too many alternatives, but none is very explicit. We got off the metro at Sinsen and had no idea how to proceed - there was a busy road junction on a flyover. No signs there at all - yet Sinsen by metro is given as one of the possible stops.

Liked: Really lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. It felt modern but welcoming and plenty of information and facilties. Breakfast was really good with a great selection.

Disliked: I didn't dislike anything. My only gripe was about the sign posting, it could be a little clearer at the station.

Liked: Great breakfast - smoked salmon !!!

Disliked: Tricky to find - would help iof the website suggested you take the Tram to Sinsenkrysset since you can then see the hostel. We came by T bane and there were no signs to tell you where to go. Or at least inform people to follow the signs to Aker Sykehus until they get the Hostel signs

Liked: Not much.

Disliked: The location is not convenient and definitely not worth the money, since Oslo is so expensive. The people there were creepy and older. There were no young people at all and no one was hanging out. It didn't really seem to be a "Youth" Hostel. There were a lot of older people there, not a lot of young backpackers. I was in a room with several middle aged German women, and at breakfast I felt like I was the only one under the age of 30. There were some middle aged men who were staring at me while I ate.

Liked: Clean place, nice breakfast

Disliked: Too hard to find it! It was horrible to discover where it was, hiden in the middle of some houses, after some grass... But good priced, since Oslo is a very very expensive city!
