Liked: Helpful and friendly staff, good location, good value.

Disliked: Would have liked somewhere to lock away valuables, eg lockers or under bed lockable storage in bedrooms.

Liked: good location - 5 mins walk from main station and city centre. heaps of bars, restaurants and shops very close. lifts which are good for those with heavy bags. beds had their own powerpoints. each room had its own kitchen with a fridge, but no microwave.

Disliked: you can only drink the hostels alcohol in the common room - if you have your own you have to drink it in your room (this is due to norways laws though)... the kitchens are in the rooms but are not equipped with cutlery etc. so you have to hire it from reception. all the lockers were broken in our room so we couldnt use them. staff were rude and unhelpful. beds were average and no night lights. the showers in the dorms were in the same room as the toilet and werent sunken so every time someone showered the water would go everywhere...

Disliked: have to put down deposit for dishes, in room kitchen, no common dining area, most lockers in the room were broken

Liked: The hostel is close to the center of the city.

Disliked: Staff not very friendly, corridors, bedroom and bathroom not good looking.

Liked: cheap, convenient {close to city center and train station}

Disliked: its a hostel so don't expect the greatest, you may get lucky and stay with nice people, or not. Nice way to meet new people, get a perspective of different cultures... By the way, Oslo is a wonderful city.

Liked: the location...there is centerred in the city. it is easy to go the tourist places.

Disliked: there is not computer and microwave oven available....

Liked: We had a room for a group of 6 and we had plenty of space. the youngest member of our group said in the morning that he had slept very well and better than his own bed at home. It was also very quiet.

Disliked: We found that the room was too warm at night, and I found it difficult to sleep. It would be great if it was possible to regulate the temperature. Fynn (age 8) says the view wasn't good.

Liked: Good location midway between the main central area and Grunnerlokka. Clean and tidy.

Disliked: The TV screen broadcasting BBC News 24 in the common area doesn't help the atmosphere, which is not overly social.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and our bathroom was cleaned every day.

Disliked: The kitchen in the room was small. Although we had a room for 8 people, we had only one table and four chairs, which caused difficulties in the morning when everyone wanted to have breakfast. And also the staff wasn't really helpful.

Liked: They have an awesome selection of Brazilian music! Full of quality, and some of the best and most typical artist from Brazil... I don't how they get so many good knowledge about our culture, 'cause it was really typical music, but it was like the best to say 'bout the hostel...

Disliked: Some parts were not that clean... It's was expensive, but that's like everything in Oslo is. Could have more entertainment options, os hints, something like that...

Liked: fridge on each room!! and bus/trem stop just few meters away!!

Disliked: we need rent the kitchen equipment at the receptionist

Liked: Not too far from the centre. Reasonable prices for Oslo.

Disliked: Although there was a kitchen in our room it was not provided with anything. We had the possibility to rent a box with all the kitchen stuff like diches etc.at the reception for a deposit for three hours. Unfortunately the boxes were not checked every time and therefore many things were missing.

Liked: It is very close to the center of town and it was not difficult to remember the location.

Disliked: It was not very clean... the bathroom had mold and i did not look like they cleaned it in the two days I was there,
