Vivian UangEverything was alright until I came back home from my trip and checked my bank account realizing that I had already payed for the hostel when I booked it, but I was told that I didn't pay and had to pay again when I check-in, and now it's been two weeks after I sent e-mails and made phone calls to the hostel but they still haven't refund my money. |

Billy DraperIt was in a good location although the directions given on the web site are extremley vague and with out a city map was very hard to find especially while walking around with a backpack late at night. The staff were a little bit cold & military also the paper work that had to be filled out on check in was frustrating. Maybe they could look at making the check in process faster and making sure the staff are more personable. |

Alex MitchellExpensive as hell cause you have to fork out for sheets and breakfast and feels like you are in a jail cause there is soo many doors and locks etc..The staff are nice but it just dosnt have the interpersonal feel of other hostels..I think it would be hard to meet people here.. |
