Liked: Clean, fairly common hostel, nothing exceptional, but good location.

Disliked: Way overpriced, but that is a common feature to Oslo.

Liked: The cheapest hostel in Oslo

Disliked: Need to take your own sheets, can only use kitchen utensils for 3 hours at a time (not convenient when you want a few coffees a day!)

Liked: Clean rooms, COMFY beds. The kitchnette in the rooms is really useful and the bathrooms have heated floors! Luxery!

Disliked: Building works directly outside the room, staff need to smile more! Charges for everything!

Liked: Helpfulness and kindness of the staff.

Disliked: I felt bit "claustrofobic" in corridors without any window. I was not very happy with high temperature during the night and also from outside there was a lot of noise from streets - people were celebrating probably Saturday night til morning.

Liked: The Rooms were quite spacious and clean. Also the staff was quite cheerful.

Disliked: Breakfast should be complementary.

Liked: Large room for 8 people, cheapest place to stay in oslo and relatively clean.

Disliked: Only one shower and toilet for an 8 person dorm, expensive for just a mattress and no linens or towels included, no lockers.

Liked: It was cheap with reasonable beer prices compared with the rest of Oslo. There's a tram/bus stop right across the street making it easy to get to the center of the city.

Disliked: The rooms are for several people, so it may be hard to sleep for some people.

Liked: good location, free parking if ur lucky right outside the property. only valid between 16.00 - 08.00. which is annyoing. But free all weekend. Prob the best central hostel in Oslo. Kinda expensive, but prob cheapest u can find in Oslo. Oslo is expensive so its ok. Kinda weird with kitchen in the dormitories. So bring ur own food.

Disliked: Well, expensive. Kitchen in room. loud.

Liked: As far as Oslo goes, it's a decent price. It really is a rip off to pay 50 NOK for sheets though. That should just be included!

Disliked: There was a kitchenette in the room which could be bad if people cooked in there before you went to bed, but it wasn't an issue during my 1 night there. It took the staff almost 30 minutes to check us in, even though there were only a couple of people ahead of us, I have no idea what the wait was about.

Liked: what i like in anker property is that they help the young and the poor one to find a place to stay when they come to norway.

Disliked: i can only say that the cleaness is not enough,sorry to say the room in which i stayed stink and the floor ,the passage,before i forget the reception is too noisy and not well organise.

Liked: near the town...can take any transporations very convenient...breakfast is not expensive...

Disliked: the rooms is mix dorm...not separate man and woman...should have the bed set in the room..

Liked: the location is good,it is in the central of the town...not too far from the central train staion...walk 20-30 mins

Disliked: have to rent the set of the bed...not convenient...should seperate man and woman room...

Liked: the location

Disliked: #The staffs need smile. #No Kitchen, I never stay in a hostel without kitchen. #Borrowed everything you have to pay deposit. #expensive for Euro27 per bed *even no breakfast #The 3pm check in *you have to wait 3pm check in even you arrive from the overnight train.

Liked: just luggage room

Disliked: there was really dirty and really expensive...you should pay for bad again when you arrive there...location is good but it is not enough so i didn't like there but Anker hostel is Cheaper than the other hostel in Oslo

Liked: I liked how close it was to the central station, how friendly the staff was and how clean the hostel was.

Disliked: They don't have a microwave. Also you have to check out cooking utensils with a deposit. This wouldn't be such a huge problem if oslo weren't so expensive and thus everyone was trying to cook for themselves. Another thing is that although it's really nice and close to the central station, the area around central station itself is a pretty unsafe area. The hostel did have warning signs about pickpocketing but i later heard from a local that there are a lot of rapes that occur in that part of oslo as well. So, be very very careful and take your usual precautions! Take advantage of the fact that the metro/bus stops right in front of the hostel!
