Glenn MarquezThe check in process was a complete nightmare. It took over 45 minutes in order to check in. And it was about 30 min waiting just to get to the counter. The girl that checked me in was clueless and was completely unprofesssional. Internet was not working either. Other that, it was okay. |

Customer reviewLooks much better on the pictures. Staff seemed a little bit demotivated and upset.. The good point was breakfast, which you have to pay additionally, but it is a good value for money. |

Arun RaghavanOther than the fact that the person at the reception gave us terrible directions to get there (took >1 hour to find the hostel despite the fact that it it less than 10 minutes from Oslo S), the stay was good. The hostel is well-maintained, and definitely seems to be the most affordable around Oslo amongst places I could find. |

Customer reviewStaff were helpful, but repeated mistakes were made with regard to bed assignment resulting in people having to be moved to another room at 11pm. Moreover check-in procedures were very slow. |

PUI YI CHAUI stayed in the hostel for 2 nights, and there is no electricity for 1 night... we've asked the staff about the electricity problem, and the staff said that there is no electricty after 11pm for some rooms... we didnt get any information from them until we asked.. blah.... and the staff working very slowly and not cooperative i think! |
