Liked: It's expensive to a person from the UK, but it's the cheapest hostel in the city and there's no reason to look elsewhere if you can get a room here. Good location, nice enough staff. Shower was actually good! Fridge in each dorm room.

Disliked: Each room has it's own fridge and hotplate, so there's no kitchen for the whole place and no oven! The net was down while I was there but they fixed it the next day. You really do have to pay for linen here unless you bring your own!

Liked: The staff let me leave my luggage in storage before i even checked in as i was about 4 hours too early, so lovely workers and very helpful! Kitchens & fridge in the rooms were a bonus!

Disliked: Needs a bigger common room, or more couches or something. Peek evening internet sessions were a battle ground for some couch space and comfort.

Liked: Nothing much can be said abt this hotel. its average but if you are looking for some cheap and affordable one... then this may be your best bet.

Liked: Reception and common room area are modern, clean, and there's a good deal of information on offer. Easy to get breakfast close by.

Disliked: Staff can be variable, as well as long queues at the reception desk at times. Internet only available in the common area, and not in all rooms. Lockers were broken. Corridors felt a prison-like with heavy metal doors, and there was graffiti all over the lift. Had to pay extra for linen and make bed yourself. Felt quite rough around the edges overall.

Liked: There is a fridge in the room which is good. The room was fine.

Disliked: The hostel is not in the best area although is close to the train and bus stations. The small kitchen in the room is not ideal for cooking, I don't know if there was another kitchen which could be used.

Liked: I liked that we had our own kitchen in the room and that the bunks beds were really easy to get on top of :)staff was really friendly and the location was good ,too!

Disliked: they should really put some cleaning stuff in the rooms since the bathrooms can get really dirty when there are 8 people showering..just something to wipe the floor with would really be helpful!

Liked: Was sharing a dorm with 8 people, felt prtty spacious considering the number and had a sink/hob as well as bathroom, is quite modern (bit of a dated bathroom but ok). was acceptably clean and i had some great people in my room, we sat and shared tea :Dgood location for a good price and easy to find!

Disliked: the halls on the way to the room are a bit scruffy (some minor graffitti in the lift etc) which made me worry about the rooms, however inside the rooms were fine!

Liked: location was fine, and rooms were good enough to sleep in

Disliked: everything apart from the room had to be paid (a lot!) , the staff was not very friendly

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Rooms cramped, kitchen and eating area in dorm (hard to sleep), only could use kitchen utensils for 3 hours, no individual lights, bathroom filthy, no cloths ot tea towel for cleaning up.

Liked: Bathroom and kitchen inside the room.

Disliked: we were permitted to use the kitchen kit ( pans, pots,plates,silverware, etc)only for three hours, its not enough time we always need to use an cup, plate or silverware and we dont have it in ours room because we had to give back the kitchen kit ,we should be able for use it the intire stays because we left 200 krones in the reception for take the kit anyway and they charged for for everything even for the bed liners.

Liked: Really nice staff people, well located near the centre of Oslo and near all public transports. Lots of young people from all over the world to meet and share with.

Disliked: It should be cleaner.

Liked: Really modern!

Disliked: The neighborhood wasnt taht safe and not nice.. we had a little kitchen but without ant dishes or plates and the shower was just next to the toilet and without any separation!!

Liked: I thought the location was good and a ten minute walk from main station. Some of the staff was very friendly and helpful but others seemed rude and couldn't be bothered with your issues. It was clean and close to grocery stores. Seemed very safe and secure.

Disliked: The shower was in the same space as the toilet with only a shower curtain separating the two.

Liked: Close to the centre of Oslo, everything was fine and staff polite and helpful.

Disliked: no major problems, everything meeting fairly basic standards. It's expensive compared to what you get in other places but Norway is an expensive destination.
