Intermission Hostel

Intermission offer you the unique combination of the cheapest bed in Bergen, and cosy, 'homey' atmosphere close to town! It’s only 7 minutes walk to the center of town, including the famous Fish market and Bryggen. But it doesn’t stop there. Every evening you get tea, coffee and biscuits for free. Every Monday and Thursday nights, we serve you free waffles in the evening, and create an atmosphere that our guests love!

Our dorm is bigger than before, but split in two sections to give some more privacy. It is a mixed dorm (for men and women), based on three storey bunk-beds. We have shelves for your luggage. There are 54 beds.

Accommodation Information

We have a very cozy living room for your use in the evenings, including a good sofa and two table. A piano can be used to entertain… but it doesn’t stop there. Every evening you get tea, coffee and biscuits for free. Every Monday and Thursday nights, we serve you free waffles in the evening, and create an atmosphere that our guests love!

Location Information

There's a bus stop just outside to Mount Ulriken and its cable-car. It's ten minute's walk to Mount Fløyen and its funicular.
