Liked: Rick was very nice and helpful. Everyone staying was friendly and approachable. Only downside was that our room did not have a lock and key. Apparently the lock was in the process of being changed to a combination lock. Otherwise a very positive experience.

Liked: Rick is so friendly and is an amazing resource for knowledge about the area. The location is excellent. We could walk to bars and restaurants and could see the sea from our window. There is a bus stop across the street, so it's easy and inexpensive to get around.

Liked: rik is very helpful and the atmosphere was great, a fun place to stay,lovely open fire and cosy. a good selection of games and a great kitchen facilities. i would defiently reccommend and i would stay there again,when i return to northern ireand.

Liked: We had gorgeous ocean views (it is 20m from the ocean) and the beds were clean and comfortable. There is a nice, safe family feel to this hostel. Close by there is a great pub which is also a wine bar as well as a club. Great little town!

Liked: The owner, Rick, is incredibly nice and helpful. The location is very convenient to the bus stop for Giant's Causeway, Bushmills and other sites. It's also only a short walk to Portstewarts main street and a good coastal walk. The all-day access to the kitchen (free tea and all) was a treat, as well.

Liked: Place was bright and spacious. It was very relaxed and I felt very comfortable to use all rooms available to us. Rick was genuinly lovely and interested with out being invasive.
