Liked: Nice warm room, very friendly and helpful staff, everything clean, great to be woken up by the smell of freshly baked baked bread. Only minus is missing bedside light.

Liked: Very cozy, laid back atmosphere. Free internet, breakfast all day, helpful staff. Nice hot showers, warm rooms.

Liked: The owners obviously travelled a lot, they left photo albums tobrowse through which were fab. Also they had lots of ornaments and bits and pieces they picked up from their travels which gave the place a very exotic and spiritual atmosphere. It was beautiful.

Liked: This hostel was the hit. A community-room in some Indian-Ghandi-Style with so many funny people. We had such a great evening with owners and some friends of them. Unfortunalety we couldn't take part in their party, cause we've have been on a roadtrip. But if you look for nice and open people, who know how to have a "pretty rough" party - check in. The House is small, and a little bit old. Its clean und very nice. It is near a very big shopping city and not far from the old town center of Derry. Bars and pups are two not to far away. it has a "Home Sweet Home" style and together with the owners, it was the hostel with most flair on our trip.. We're from Germany and are even thinkin about a second trip to visit it again.

Liked: The staff were reallllly friendly and helpful, it is also a great place to meet other people because its small and cosy. they give you some good advice on local stuff to do. ALSO it doesn't have a weird hostel smell... it just smells like a normal house :D

Liked: Cool hostel - easy walking distance to everything (though Derry's quite small anyway). Very clean, interesting atmosphere, very laid back staff.
