Customer reviewVery suspicious of the good reviews we read. We noticed the reactions of most of the other backpackers arriving mirroring our own " this can't really be the place". Lack of Free breakfast and limited hot water aside the hostel does draw a much more romantic picture of what really is a budget school camp. |

Claire NuttCarrowmena has a very relaxed atmosphere this was served by the location (beautiful idyllic surroundings), the hostel itself (bright & colouful interior and great sofas) and most importantly our host Charlotte who is great fun and full of great ideas to get the party started :D |

Shelley WalkerCharlotte was really helpful, and the hostel was a fab place to stop. It had evrything you could need in the kitchen and other facilities were good. Suspect might need another shower when it's really busy, but that is the only negatative feedback I would give. would recommend to anybody. |

BRUNO KONDERInstalled in what used to be a elementary school building, smack in the middle of rural Northern Ireland. Car is a must. Facilities are just average. On the other hand, the staff was very helpful. Should offer more detailed directions on how to get there. |

Hannah RobillardThis is a lovely place that used to be an old school house. Its in a rural area about 20 minutes drive from Derry. It has a lot of character, and the staff is awesome, very helpful and friendly. There is internet access and all the amenities you could need. It is not accesible without a vehicle however. Highly recommended! |
