Customer reviewThe place was well located, about 10-15minutes' walk to the centre of town. The private room was a good size and clean. The big breakfast prepared by William was fantastic, both days! He also holds all the information you need for your stay in Belfast. Great place. |

Customer reviewFriendly and very helpfull staffs. Great environment to meet new people who are friendly. Not too far from the city and staffs are ready to help you with any questions. Internet access was very helpful and as a plus point, it was free. Overall it is a fantastic place to stay. I would definately recommend it to all my friends who will be going to northern Ireland. |

Alexandra GoldeaVery helpful staff with good sense of humor and full of valuable advice regarding the city and traveling. The hostel feels like a big house, you can choose if you want to meet new people or just do your own thing, very good atmosphere. Customer reviewThe guy that runs the hostel is fantastic- gave heaps of information, books tours and cooks you breakfast in the morning. Really nice guy and very helpful. What we didn't like about the hostel was that the bathrooms were pretty filthy and while the bed was clean and relatively comfortable the floor needed a good vacuum. There were no blinds on the so it was incredibly bright from the street lights all night long. |

Vanessa DinhLagan's was fantastic. William the owner was nothing but helpful for the entire course of our stay, even took us out one night. With free hot breakfast every morning the value for money was exceptional. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. |

Customer reviewThe staff were very helpful and friendly. It was quite centrally located and with very good transport links. However there was a constant noise problem at the very early hours of the morning and very late at night that was not resolved. Hygiene could also be improved. |

Customer reviewGood value. Walkable to all major attractions. Brilliantly helpful manager. All the facilities you could want apart from parking (which is difficult until the uni students go home!) |

Customer reviewPrivate room looks like from the Second World War. On the bed was dirty laundry. I took a private room because I had a birthday that day, so I wanted to enjoy it, now regret the money I spent! The kitchen is good, but you have to hurry to breakfast because you can lose it! Two showers are a bit of a hostel! WiFi is a special charge. The staff is the only bright spot. |

Rhona MillerThe hostel was a little shabby around the edges but generally clean and tidy. The breakfast was simple but a perfect start to a days adventuring and the location was brilliant with everything easily walkable. 5 out of 6 beds were very comfortable but one of my friends had a terrible time with hers. The hostel isn't luxurious but the staff are very friendly and helpful and we had a lovely stay in Belfast. |

Daniela KortusovaFriendly staff - good recommandations what is worth to visit; a quiet place and there is an offer for tour (Giant Causway, Rope bridge, 2 castles and two other attractions) for £20 - it is really cheap. We did this by train and buses over the weekend in late September and the bus and train services are really poor so we spent more money and more time to see only 2 attractions in northern coast and to see Derry!!! Consider their tour!! |

Rebeca RichterWilliam! we LOVE him!! He is extremely helpful with everything, what to see, where to go, he even helped us out with plane tickets, downloading pics, you name it! We had a great welcome with margaritas and we made lots of friends, including him, because he´s always organizing activities for everyone and creating a friendly and fun vibe. Great place. |

Customer reviewreally helpful owner who gives lots of tips about what is actually good around belfast to see and do, and will organise black cab tours and excursions for you no hassle. close enough to walk to town and big lockers in rooms you just need your own lock. would recommend this place to other travellers. |
