Liked: This place was amazing the staff were really helpful, the breakfast was delicious (so nice to have hot proper food rather than just toast and cereal) , you actually got beds to sleep in and not just a bunk and the whiskey was delicious. this place just has a wonderful atmosphere

Disliked: i cant actually say anything , this place was amazing.

Liked: Quiet, clean, extremely friendly. Excellent location.

Disliked: The owner is friendly to the point of being a bit pushy about it. Good if you're travelling for fun, not so much otherwise.

Liked: William and his staffs are really nice! Amazing service and impressively friendly smoking area! Will come back if visiting Belfast again!

Disliked: We stayed in a room with sloping roof and we knocked our heads for twice although it is a lovely room...

Liked: About 10 min walk from the city centre, bus station & train. Plenty of bathrooms, good wifi, great tv room, full breakfast cooked for you upon order, staff were very very helpful.

Disliked: Could if Been a bit cleaner, but this is minor and nothing too be too concerned with.

Liked: hot free breakfast was amazing, drinking whiskey with the owner was amazing, good location near bars and restaurants, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

Disliked: the beds could use a little updating...matresses weren't the most comfortable ever and most of the pillows were pretty flat. small complaint considering how great everything else was

Liked: The property was very clean, the staff could not do enough for you, the hot breakfast was great, free internet and they also provide a PC! But the atmosphere, staff & social life was best of all.

Disliked: The Mattresses.

Liked: the owner, william, is a great help. points out all the sights to see, and recommends the best tours to do, and he was more than happy to share a whiskey with us. the breakfast included is fantastic. everything was clean, and free internet is very helpful.

Liked: Where to start? Free, huge fried breakfast is a good point. Also on the night I arrived the owner decided to make a free dinner for everyone as well (though this apparently isn't a regular thing). Also a couple of free glasses of whisky was a nice touch! Excellent advice on what to see/do as well from the owner.

Disliked: As there were renovations only a handful of showers were in use, but I managed to use one whenever I wanted. Also my bed broke on the second morning - the old, bent slats gave way and my mattress fell through.

Liked: The beds are very confortable, the hostel has great facilities with 2 kitchens, chill out room with cinema, etc.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and had some great suggestions of things we could do while staying in Belfast.

Disliked: It was a little loud, because there were many customers.

Liked: Free hot breakfast - even at 5.30 in the morning before I caught the bus - was wonderful. Being able to dump bags in the room before being given heaps of good information about Belfast was considerate. Beds were comfy and clean and warm.

Disliked: have no complaints.

Liked: The staff were really helpful - it was a nice surprise to find out that they cook your breakfast themselves, and they wash your clothes if you need them done (I found the latter a little bit strange, more because I like to do my washing myself).

Disliked: The breakfast room, which was meant to be able to contain all of the backpackers staying in the hostel at once, was incredibly cramped and could really only hold about 10 people at once, and not very comfortably.
