Customer reviewThe location is excellent for the centre of Belfast and Lisburn Rd (which has many bars, restaurants and shops on) but is also in a quiet surroundings. We had a slight error on our booking, mainly on our part, but the staff could not have been more helpful and it was rectified at no extra cost. |

Ken BronsonHuge fully equipped flat. Bowl of fruit on arrival was a nice touch. Only problem was that it was in transition and unable to accept credit card payment and the heating system required a manual reset a couple of times during our stay. |

Peita TaylorThe location was fantastic for going out, the manager of the hostel (american) suggested a pub close by that was pretty cool and he was very helpful and friendly including when the toilet backed up. However, any lasting impression was ruined by the other australian staff member, they were rude , unhelpfull , so dont expect any customer service from her. |
