Liked: Only stay here if you have nothing that someone else would want to steal.

Disliked: Had numerous items stolen at this hostel - of course not the hostels fault but the dorms certainly don't help as they are very dark and all the bunk beds are crammed in to a small space. Common area is poor and difficult to get away from the TV. Was also overcharged for my last night by one of the staff.

Liked: I like everything in this property!! The owers are friendly, the location is just near the Tesco, the breakfast are very well, the double room is big and the bed is really soft and comfortable.

Liked: Such good value for the price. We were so surprised by how nice it was when we arrived. We were expecting a dump because it was so cheap but it was actually quite lovely :)

Liked: cheapest hostel in belfast, and for the money good facilities and good beds, hot water, yea was nice.

Disliked: the common rooms could have been nicer set was just a space to eat and a couple of couches at the front. but all in all it was good value for your money. also one of the female staff members wouldnt let us in the kitchen to get water in the middle of the night and she came across very rude! but all other staff were great help!

Liked: The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The place is cozy and and very cheap. The location is at the city centre, which is close to many monuments and the main hub for bus lines.You can store your stuff in a free locker, but make sure sure have your own lock. they have a large quipped kitchen and a dining room.So if you like to cook, it's a good place to save money on food when traveling.

Disliked: The cleanliness is a bit below average. I slept in the dormitory. The bed sheets were clean, but the toilet was not cleaned often enough, considering it was used by many people. The dormitory is also a bit damp and smelly, and the doors are squeaky.But , overall, it has very good value for money.

Liked: Good kichen facilites, very close to town centre and super cheap for a dorm room.

Disliked: wifi was a little sketchy at some points, but computers were cheap enough anyways...

Liked: The actual people I interacted with that were staying there were very friendly, the price can't be beat.

Disliked: The actual greeter wasn't very polite and seemed bothered when i inquired about the way to get around town or to the airport at an unusual time.

Liked: Location was quite central. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the bus station and close to many attractions, nightlife included. Bathroom and rooms were very clean. Great value for such a cheap price!!! Staff were very helpful and booked extra tours for us etc.

Disliked: walking down the back streets behind the hostel was a bit sketchy, but in a group of people, this was no problem. Wi-fi didn't work for me which was a little annoying, but you can pay for timed internet usage which worked fine (20p for 6mins, 1pound for 30mins)

Liked: Price if they didn't rob me of my deposit with false accusations.

Disliked: I stayed here on new years eve with a friend. We had a private room. When we arrived back at the hostel there was a lot of noise. We expected that and just went to bed ignoring it and accepting it. The next morning there was a group of lads refused their deposits. We checked out and were also refused our deposit as our room number was on a list as apparently we had been making noise. Completely untrue. We were refused our deposit and there was no way of talking to the owner and there was nothing we could do. The lady working had called the police as the lads wanted their money. I waited too as I thought they could advise us but they explained that it was a civil matter and that we would have to leave and contact the owner. I lost £20. I am so angry. I was robbed. Robbed by the actual hostel. I called and e-mailed and still have not had a reply from the owner.

Liked: The location is excellent and the price is right. Mostly clean, nice staff and basic facilities. The rooms are really stripped down and the overall look is a bit depressing, but other than that, no real complaints.

Disliked: Could use a bit of touching up here and there. Not a place that I'd enjoy staying at for more than a day or two.
