Customer reviewHad our i-pods stolen from a private room. The staff didn't really show much interest when we reported it. The facilities are pretty basic but I suppose that's what you'd expect for the cheap price. |

JERROLD WARDGood overall. Staff was professional and friendly. Excellent location but low on fun. Highly recommended, especially for location and security. Internet is too expensive but standard for Belfast. |

Yvonne WalkerAll facilities we required after being abroad for several weeks were available onsite. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming, was definetly the most welcoming place we had stayed. The only bad comment I can make is the bin in the room had not been emptied for several days, and the smell was unbearable, bin was removed from the room. |

Customer reviewThe one really good thing was that we had the chance to use the kitchen and also locattion was quite near to the city centre, so it was good to walk around the city. |

Customer reviewOnly a 5-10mintue walk from the bus station was very handy. The staff were very helpful with explaining to us the best option to get to Dublin. Has the feel if a big hostel. |

Customer reviewWe booked a private room, which was really good value for money. It also had a sink in there. The staff were helpful and friendly. |
