Liked: friendly staff, very safe and secure, you have to use your key card after hours and to use the elevators as well as your room.

Liked: We booked a private room, which was really good value for money. It also had a sink in there. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Liked: big hostel, great cafe to buy breakfast and really cheap, free security parking, handy walk to Town, staff were helpful, room was very basic but still a good hostel overall

Liked: The hostel is well located, just 10 mn walk far from the bus station...I enjoy being there, the staff was helpful and the hostel was clean.But it was cold at the room because there was a problem with the window, and even the heatier didn't chage anything...I really appreciate the stay...

Liked: The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly (they used our first names from the get go!) and it's spotless as it was renovated in April 2008. Fantastic value for money, too, and great location within walking distance of everywhere.

Liked: The hostel was clean and the room price was reasonable. It is suitable for a short weekend trip to Belfast but not really for a longer holiday.
