Liked: Quite good location, rooms were warm and comfortable beds.

Disliked: Way too many school groups, so suuuuper noisy, as well some facilities not working like one of the toilets or one of the bathroom doors were open and behind loooots of rubbish what was even scary to see.

Liked: The friendliness of the staff was great. They accommodate to our late arrival time by opening the reception way past the opening hours.

Disliked: The location was quite a bit of a walk from the train station. And it was not a 10 mins walk as stated even though I had walked as fast as I could.

Liked: The facilities are pretty good (kitchen, dining room, lounge area), and they let you use the computer for free. The staff are just amazing. Had the best time with the people at this hostel. I really liked the fact that you get a free tour to Giants Causeway for staying two nights. Anyone who wants to see that site, should stay here. It is worth it just for that.

Disliked: It is a pretty run down building, and it needs a lot of maintenance.

Liked: We love Paddys! The staff are all great and the rest of the Dutch guys/Tom are the best :D Made some great friends and the hostel was like a home for us, we visited twice! Definitely stay here! You can walk into the city and stuff and there's a great bar/club just round the corner.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly, they offer a free tour if you stay for two or more nights, which is great for getting to know many famous and touristic places in northern ireland

Liked: well let me put it this way, nothing disturb me with it. kitchen was great, location was great and i had the service i needed.

Disliked: the security. damn, just an unfriendly fella.

Liked: The Finnish guy at the reception was awesome and other members of the staff were nice too. There were sinks in each room, which was great! And the free trip to Giant's Causeway was fabulous - though someone may find the coach drivers and their constant chatting a bit irritating... ;)

Disliked: Some mornings the breakfast could have been better, they were running out of jams and marmalades...

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Its a very degrading hostel. The private rooms dont have shower. And the breakfast is served by ourselfs :S The toilets are very few and the guests need to clean themselfs. Not recommended.

Liked: Free tour to Giant causeway if you stay there for 2days and more. This was my second time stayed in this hostel after 3 Easters ago

Disliked: No lockers, only 1 pc for all the hostel people.

Liked: A hostel is ideally located near the center of Belfast, the common areas are spacious and very comfortable. The people are very nice and friendly help you and inform you of everything you need.

Disliked: NOTHING

Liked: i love the free Causeway Tour! it's a 1 day trip which I think is a very good deal considering we have a cheap accommodation.

Disliked: me and my friend who slept in a same bunk bed got some insect or bug bites during our last night while the rest didn't get any.

Liked: The kitchen had great appliances, and the beds were quite comfy. There was lots of bathrooms and showers for the amount of potential travelers.

Disliked: The showers were two to a room and were not frosted glass or a shower curtain, but a see-through door. So if you were taking a shower you'd have to lock the door so no one else could use the other shower, unless you don't mind being watched in the mirror on the wall by whoever else in is the other shower :S.

Liked: The lounge area and the kitchen are very beautiful and even the tv room is big and comfortable.

Disliked: It was not very clean, mostly the common rooms got dirty, and the most amazing thing is that they were contaminated by part of the staff self, who passed the day in the sofa eating chips, and not letting to the costumers the possibility to choose what watching on tv! For this reason there was a bad atmosphere between the staff members, and it has inevitably consequences to the clients. They were always pissed, and when we had a big problem because we lost all our documents and money, they didn't take care of them. We passed a night searching around the city and in the morning we discovered that a boy has found and brought them to the reception the night before!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!!!!

Disliked: I booked the free giant causeway and derry tour and confirmed it with reception staff on check-in, but ON THE DEPARTURE DATE, the coach staff JUST told us the tour was fully booked so we were kicked out and couldn't go with the group. Bullshit, why your hostel don't tell us IN ADVANCE at least the night before departure date? so I have to arrange the improvised giant causeway and derry tour myself on that date. WHAT A DISORDERED HOSTEL MANAGEMENT! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!

Liked: It was cheap and right outside a bus stop so it's really easy to get to from the city centre. The free tour is a bonus, although be warned that you are not guaranteed a seat if there are too many paying customers.

Disliked: You get what you pay for. The place is incredibly dirty. I'm not sure they even to bother to clean it judging by the dirt every where. The staff were hopeless. They put me in the wrong room and it wasn't worked out until late at night so I had to move all my stuff. At one stage they ran out of toilet paper in nearly every toilet in the building. Oh the day I was booked for the tour to the causeway, they had overbooked and about 12 people couldn't go (everyone who had booked through the hostel). It didn't bother me but a lot of people only had one day to do the tour so they were rightly annoyed. There is a kitchen, but given the state of the hostel, I'd be wary of using it. A free breakfast is provided but the staff don't bother to check if there is always food out so it may run out when you want to eat. I don't recommend this place to anyone, however if you want a super cheap place to stay and don't care what it's like, this will suit you.

Liked: Free tour, good value

Disliked: Breakfast was unorganised and not that great, it was great that the tour was free but i was glad we didn't pay for it- it felt like the guide was a salesman. The lunch isn't anything to get excited about (no mater what he says!) and if your on a budget don't bother paying to walk on the rope bridge you can go close to it for a photo without paying. The walking tour was great but it would pay to have a basic understanding of irish history first.

Liked: The hostel is located close to city centre,bus station,Ulster Museum and many other places worthy of visiting.If you spend two or more nights in the hostel you can go for a day trip to Giant's Causeway for free which is really great.Staff was very friendly and helpful. In the kitchen there's free coffee and tea not to forget free breakfast.

Disliked: Lack of lockers in the dorm and standard of cleaning good be much more better.
