16 November 2009	Heather Tovey The main plus point of this hostel was the friendliness of the staff. Beyond that, I'm afraid it all goes downhill. The rooms were incredibly basic (think bare room containing only bunk bed, fitted wardrobe and sink), the bedrooms were tight on space, the heating in our bedroom didn't work (and it was very cold - mid Nov!!), there was a lack of hot water in the mornings for showers, the towels on offer to hire were all the size of a large dishcloth, kitchen utensils were minimal and in very poor condition, the decor was in dire need of touching up, and, to top things off, our first night's sleep was repeatedly interrupted by an aggressive screaming man (possibly another guest?!) running around the hallways outside our room and making loud crashing noises. To be honest I felt sorry for the staff having to work there! Allegedly an award wining hostel - I was very disappointed.	47%

01 October 2009	Customer review It was my first time in a Hostel. I stayed there for 5 nights. I had an absolutely great time there. It was the best holiday I had in years. This is a great place to stay specially if you are traveling alone. There were alway nice people (both staff and other guests) to go out with on a tour during the day or to the pub's at night. It's not a place for kids or elderly people but I can recommend it for everyone else. It's within walking distance of the center. The biggest problem was that there was only 1 power socket in my room (6 bedroom dorm) and in the common room there was also only 1 free (because i used it for my netbook and camera I had a flat mobile phone after a couple of day's) If I go back to Belfast I will definitely stay there again.	95%
