Liked: It was my first time in a Hostel. I stayed there for 5 nights. I had an absolutely great time there. It was the best holiday I had in years.This is a great place to stay specially if you are traveling alone. There were alway nice people (both staff and other guests) to go out with on a tour during the day or to the pub's at night. It's not a place for kids or elderly people but I can recommend it for everyone else. It's within walking distance of the center.The biggest problem was that there was only 1 power socket in my room (6 bedroom dorm) and in the common room there was also only 1 free (because i used it for my netbook and camera I had a flat mobile phone after a couple of day's)If I go back to Belfast I will definitely stay there again.

Liked: Nice place, nice people and staff. We had a great time in Belfast and at the hostel. Unfortunately, the room wasn't as clean and well maintained as a traveller might hope for.

Liked: The staff! Amazing, all of them. The hostel also has very good facilities, and a very good character. Only thing to improve really is that they should have instructions on the halls for toilets. Took me ages to find one.

Liked: The staff here were great. They upgraded us to a private room for free. The kitchen and dinning areas were huge and the free internet was always avaliable. This place was great value for money!

Liked: They updated our booking for free (from a 4 beds room to a twin room)You can go to city centre via taxi or bus. They organize tours with their buses. Great value for your money. You have what you pay.The only problem is the hot water is not avaliable at 22:30

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful and the position was perfect for my needs. My room was clean and comfy although the 4 flights of steps were a hike. At times the bathrooms could have been better but that was the fault of the clients, not the staff. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was good - once the heat was turned off. It was convenient to the city centre and I could either walk to or get a bus easily to the places I wanted to visit.

Liked: Location is about a 10 - 15 minute walk into the city center and 30 minutes to the train station (not 10 like is said in the directions). Common rooms are decent with a good variety of movies to watch, Wi-Fi/Internet is fast and free, staff seemed like an unhappy lot who made a lot of comments underneath the breath. They were decent blokes to be around if you got along with them otherwise you may not enjoy your stay too much at the hostel. They seem to be pretty understaffed which is probably part of the reason why the guys aren't always in the best of moods. Breakfast is decent and free. Kitchen is huge. Beds are comfy.
