Even though we were 2 and a half hours late for check in, there was still someone there to meet us and the staff were very friendly. Nice location and the rooms were lovely.

It was very open. There was a nice garden to sit in. the common room, kitchen, and dining area was large and used space well. It is clean!

I found the staff to be very friendly and approachable. Over all the standard was very good. I had never stayed in a hostel before and was very surprised at how clean the place was.

Perfectly located for QUB. Easy to book. Clean & comfortable beds - slept like a baby. Nice touch turning down the sheets!

The people were incredilbly friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent, and they offered many ways and tips for seeing Belfast. Comfortable, clean, and a pretty good location.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms and common areas. Staff was helpful in providing info on activities in the area and booking certain activities for us.
