Disliked: Staff not very helpful, not enough showers or toilets for the amount of ppl stayin there.

Liked: The trip to Giant's Causeway was great, especially for the little money, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The rooms weren't clean, I found an old Subways paper under my bed and there were lots of hair on the floor.

Liked: Staff were knowledgeable and helpful on the local area and tours. 2 night stay includes day tour to Londonderry and Giants Causeway which are probably places on most people's list of things to see and do from Belfast.

Disliked: Limited shower/toilet facilities for the number of beds in the hostel. Showers could be laid out better (1 locking door for 2 showers doesn't make sense if one person is using them).

Liked: The location and the bus trip to the giants cause way and the rope bridge and Derry.

Disliked: My friend finding a condom rapper in his bed and the head conimg of the shower and drownding the place.

Liked: This place is cheap, which is the main reason I went back. The location isn't bad either.

Disliked: When I arrived myself and two others, who all had reservations, were told that there weren't beds for us. We ended up getting shipped off to another hostel across the city a ten-minute drive away. The staff I interacted with were nice, but the manager seemed to not really have it together, and seemed to rub people the wrong way.

Liked: Really cheap,friendly and not far away from the city centre and the main venues of Belfast.The only thing that a wee bit disappointed me was that the large number of young students-group in the hostel that night.I think ,but it's just my own idea,this place must to be for backpackers..anyway,highly recommended...=)

Liked: The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, and know how to have a good time!

Disliked: We got messed around by the manager and had to change rooms every night. The showers didn't have a lock and sometimes didn't work. Kitchen was not open in the morning at the time it said it would be

Liked: Very friendly and happy staff. We had two separate bookings, and they moved stuff around to make sure we all got to stay in the same room. Also helped give us directions and recommended places to eat, visit, etc. Good location, great value.

Disliked: Be sure to get up early if you want continental breakfast before other hungry guests eat everything. There was a weird stain on my mattress, but the sheets were clean and it was comfortable.

Liked: Nice communal areas and lots of bathrooms so you never have to wait if you just look for another one. The beds are very comfortable, the mattresses feel new. Okay breakfast of cereal and toast.

Disliked: The Wifi was a bit touchy at times.

Disliked: Atmosphere of kitchen. There are just a few toasters, tables and chairs in the kitchen for all clients

Liked: Free internet.

Disliked: Whole hostel was very unclean and run down. In our room there was mold so my friend had allergic reaction and had difficulties breathing. The front door didn`t lock, you could simply push it open when it was "lock". The washing machine didn`t work. There was no room for the tour to the Giants Causeway so we didn`t get to go to it although we were there for two nights. They told us that we could have went to the tour the day we were checking out but then we had to have paid for it. A total scam.

Liked: The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The free Internet access was a great plus. It was also good that you didn't have to drop the keys to the reception every time you left the building.

Disliked: The beds were awful: it was like sleeping at the floor, and especially the pillows were like there was no pillow at all. The toilets didn't always work, the shower's locks were broken and the shower doors were actually easily jammed, trapping you inside the shower. There was also quite a lot traffic passing by at night.

Liked: Cheap.Giants Causeway trip is very good. Beds are fairly comfy, although they squeak a lot.

Disliked: Staff are arrogant and spend more time getting drunk and playing awful music in the garden than doing any work. Most don't actually know anything about Belfast because they're all Australian. Carpets were filthy. No lockers in rooms. Wireless internet is protected and although the password is provided, it doesn't work on all devices. Not enough toilets for the number of beds. Dining room tables were all sticky. Breakfast quite poor. Hostel is NOT WHERE GOOGLE MAPS SAYS IT IS Also, the sign to tell you that it is a hostel is down a side street and not visible from the main road.

Liked: The hostel is run down, the staff didn't really seem interested in their guests.. the drier was broken so no towel on arrival. Horrible group of people staying in the room next door who partied in their room all freakin' night, would have been alright but we had a flight at 6am grr, ended up yelling at them. Location's good though, walking distance to bars and city centre. I recommend if you're not fussy :)
