Great value for money, clean, helpful staff, laid back atmosphere. The common areas closed at half 11 though which is very early and there's only one computer that works. Would highly recommend this place!

I enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Although many people decided to experience Belfast through touristy bus and taxi options, my friend and I decided against it and explore Belfast on our own. The staff provided great insight as to where to explore. We definitely had an adventure!
The free breakfasts and basically 24-hr access to the kitchens were a plus. Close to Queens University and thriving nightlife.

I was pleased with how clean the hostel was. Definatly a big thumbs up there. The communal areas were great. The Palace is in a great location with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were really helpful when we were trying to arrange a trip out sightseeing. There was no curfew, which was great for us staying over New Year. We really enjoyed our stay.

It felt safe and no curfew was good, but the laundry service wasn't available due to hostel washing, which was a bummer.

Location was great, really near to the centre of Belfast and really friendly staff, only complaint was that bunkbed on the top did not have a side guard so could have fallen out quite easily.

Fantastic- free internet access! It was like big friendly share-house. The laundry could have been more user friendly. There was only one washer and dryer that the guests had to share with the staff!
