Liked: Fery friendly staff, very clean and pleasant with courtyard, garden, etc. I´d recommend it.

Disliked: Can´t think about anything, but the ceiling in my room was a bit sketchy.

Liked: Elena (the owner) and her staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They will gladly help you get your bearings and tell you how you can reach your destination. They are very accommodating hosts. The complimentary bottle of water upon arrival and the free breakfast in the morning is a very nice touch.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful, organised us an early morning cab and a takeaway breakfast!

Disliked: It's not really their fault, but as it is located in the sweaty armpit of Managua, the rooms were like an oven, despite having 2 fans in them. An upgrade to aircon was ridiculously expensive - it really should be either included or only cost $5-10 more.

Liked: The breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, amazing coffee and crackers/biscuits to take away!

Disliked: Its not near much but there is not much to be near in Managua.

Liked: oscar, the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. he arranged a taxi for me, the driver was terrific. i felt safe and welcome. i would definitely stay again.
